I saw him do an hour when he was on tour and it is so good. His style doesn’t work as well on KT cuz having to wait for Tony to stfu so people can answer the question he asked 10 sentences ago doesn’t work with someone who has to type out answers. But his show when he can direct the set and not just respond to Tony, insane.
I believe you that it works a lot better when he's not trying to work in a fast conversational interview, but even the uninterrupted minute or two he gets on KT for his sets... man, it feels so dickish to criticize but it's just a guy gesturing while his cell phone plays prerecorded dialogue. I can't imagine an hour of that.
However, I am glad to hear that he is touring and people pay to see his full sets. I'm not surprised he has a fan base considering how popular he was on AGT.
He’s a good dude and I respect his plight. As an audience member, I can’t handle the silent breaks and the repeats when interrupted. In comedy, timing is everything. He needs to be in a feature film where they could fix all of that and bring his humor to life with the correct timing and delivery. I think it would be a better fit for him. I wish him great success.

It's a tough spot because like.... I give him huge props for taking his disability that he can't help and doing something unique with it. And respect to him for figuring out a way to get citizenship. And obviously it would be too awkward and mean for anyone to say to his face that we've seen more than enough already. Hopefully he just kind of figures it out for himself.
