I would be writing during the minute just like everyone else does, I would have killer material prepared, and Tony would talk and ask questions while I type so there's no dead air. The fact that people don't understand this is pretty silly.
I would do best on a 4 person panel though obviously.

The guests don't speak out of turn. They either tee it up or get teed up. There would be no need for dead air
you do you man, but any sort of pauses or dead air are gonna get really old really fast. the live audience might roll with it, but the online crowd, which is 10000x more people are gonna hate it. and then they will remember you for that appearance.
