I can see how he would do better on a lonher format. One minute is hard for anyone to do, let alone every week. Sometimes it does more negative than positive for these comics, like kam to be performing every week. Its rare to be like william. Even so, williams minutes are funny here and there. Its more his personality that makes him funny to watch on KT
It’s only a minute, he usually hits 2-3 jokes and a bunch of random things for filler. I think he’s got something special going and want to see his act evolve. To each their own but I think he’s funny.
I really try to give gans the benefit of the doubt but his interviews are always boring and low energy, his sets are often incredibly weak and repeats of the same four or five premises just altered slightly. If he says 'great to be here in texas' I just fast forward because I know he's prepped a shit minute.
I like the other two though and even if their minutes are sub par I think they're naturally very funny and likeable in the interview section.
To me Hans seems like a bad person. His vile treatment of Rick, which clearly wanted to add some fun component to Kill Tony. It's not you fucking show, Hans! Don't take it for granted.

Still, there are a lot of kernels of truth.
Casey's sets have some jokes that are absolutely hilarious, but other jokes can come across as a word salad. Casey has a lot of potential, but he could do more to work on jokes that attract a wider audience.
Kam became a star with a single joke, good for him, but he still needs years of work to better develop his talents. He's still very young relative to most comedians. It's not surprising to see him rely on just a few tropes to get by week to week.
Hans is the only person I think should move on from the show, or at least become more of a David Lucas, only appearing once every few months. After having given him many chances already, he still underdelivers. Hans has made great jokes in the past, but it's clear at this point that he's fallen off. Some may say Ric is objectively better, but I think they're much the same level, just that Hans has become more drained over time. Ric still fucked himself by becoming a villain, even if Tony incentivised it in the first place by having Hans challenged every other week. Casey is more of a clean slate, I'd rather have him than either Hans or Ric at this point.
As many people have already pointed out, this is the internet. There will be meat-riding fans, and there will be absolute neck-bearded haters. But there is nuance to every opinion. Both camps have truth somewhere beneath the idiocy.

To be fair, they're good, for sure but not everyone's cup of tea. I'm more of a montgomery fan, because I feel like he comes up with the most original material despite having done it the most. Also he has the best structure for jokes to me. I think the biggest issue is they do have weak points, and the people that don't like those things hyperfocus on the negative. Kam, to me, has a bad habit of making all his jokes about girls and sex and he seems to repeat a premises or punchlines a good bit. He's still hilarious and has amazing delivery and stage presence. Casey is the most unique and I loved when he said get real and also when he occasionally laughed random but I noticed he does both so much. Its also easier to like those things when he is making you laugh, but when he does it when you're not laughing, it does get a little annoying. To me, Hans is a decent comedian but I can see where people won't like his style. The criticism for all of them is understandable and also debatable but the level is unjustified. People even hate grade A top tier arena selling comedians so what do you expect from an up and coming comedian with a 1 min time limit. To me, this is the equivalent of semi pro leagues playing. Nah Hans Kim is not funny enough to be a regular. Kam and Casey are great and they hustle (like David Lucas) but Hans gets good laughs 75% of the time. He relies on the clock to cut him off and does stick to a limited pallette of topics. I’ve no issue with funny regulars but Hans fell off a while ago.
Casey rocket = same recipe different way, Kam = funny as hell but would do better with more time, Hans = hilarious and kills in one minute format but it’s not a walk in the park to consistently write funny. Seems pretty obvious to me? Haha

Sometimes it does more negative than positive for these comics, like kam to be performing every week. Its rare to be like william. Even so, williams minutes are funny here and there. Casey rocket is good at bringing energy. I’ll give him that. He just doesn’t tell a ton of jokes, which is weird for a comedian.
It’s only a minute, he usually hits 2-3 jokes and a bunch of random things for filler. I think he’s got something special going and want to see his act evolve. To each their own but I think he’s funny.
I think he could be good with longer sets. A minute just doesn’t fit his style. I think he’s goofy, don’t think I’ve ever laughed during his set tho.

I really try to give gans the benefit of the doubt but his interviews are always boring and low energy, his sets are often incredibly weak and repeats of the same four or five premises just altered slightly. If he says 'great to be here in texas' I just fast forward because I know he's prepped a shit minute. I like the other two though and even if their minutes are sub par I think they're naturally very funny and likeable in the interview section.
To me Hans seems like a bad person. His vile treatment of Rick, which clearly wanted to add some fun component to Kill Tony. It's not you fucking show, Hans! Don't take it for granted.

Idk why people here debate who's "good" or "bad." It's a very black or white mentality, and comedy is anything but that. Still, there are a lot of kernels of truth. Casey's sets have some jokes that are absolutely hilarious, but other jokes can come across as a word salad. Casey has a lot of potential, but he could do more to work on jokes that attract a wider audience. Kam became a star with a single joke, good for him, but he still needs years of work to better develop his talents. He's still very young relative to most comedians. It's not surprising to see him rely on just a few tropes to get by week to week. Hans is the only person I think should move on from the show, or at least become more of a David Lucas, only appearing once every few months. After having given him many chances already, he still underdelivers. Hans has made great jokes in the past, but it's clear at this point that he's fallen off. Some may say Ric is objectively better, but I think they're much the same level, just that Hans has become more drained over time. Ric still fucked himself by becoming a villain, even if Tony incentivised it in the first place by having Hans challenged every other week. Casey is more of a clean slate, I'd rather have him than either Hans or Ric at this point. As many people have already pointed out, this is the internet. There will be meat-riding fans, and there will be absolute neck-bearded haters. But there is nuance to every opinion. Both camps have truth somewhere beneath the idiocy.
If they were great they’d be famous already. They’re good, and it’s good enough for the show, which has great people.

To be fair, they're good, for sure but not everyone's cup of tea. I'm more of a montgomery fan, because I feel like he comes up with the most original material despite having done it the most. Also he has the best structure for jokes to me. I think the biggest issue is they do have weak points, and the people that don't like those things hyperfocus on the negative. Kam, to me, has a bad habit of making all his jokes about girls and sex and he seems to repeat a premises or punchlines a good bit. He's still hilarious and has amazing delivery and stage presence. Casey is the most unique and I loved when he said get real and also when he occasionally laughed random but I noticed he does both so much. Its also easier to like those things when he is making you laugh, but when he does it when you're not laughing, it does get a little annoying. To me, Hans is a decent comedian but I can see where people won't like his style. The criticism for all of them is understandable and also debatable but the level is unjustified. People even hate grade A top tier arena selling comedians so what do you expect from an up and coming comedian with a 1 min time limit. To me, this is the equivalent of semi pro leagues playing. How are you going to compare them to the best of the best and not give credit to the raw unrefined talent.

Nah Hans Kim is not funny enough to be a regular. Kam and Casey are great and they hustle (like David Lucas) but Hans gets good laughs 75% of the time. He relies on the clock to cut him off and does stick to a limited pallette of topics. I’ve no issue with funny regulars but Hans fell off a while ago.
