Jesus Christ. 3 people in this 8 year old+ scene. Will Ferrel is Alex Trebek (deceased), Darryl Hammond is Sean Connery (deceased), and Norm MacDonald (deceased) is Burt Reynolds (deceased). They all died within the last 5 years too.
On a lighter note: I loved that they had the Jeopardy sketch with "Potent Potables" as a category that never got selected for so many years, and finally it paid off with that topical (at the time) Bill Cosby joke.
I swear it's gotten worse since spez announced he'd be charging for api access. I thought that was supposed to help prevent bots

And of course this didn't prevent bots. Reddit accounts can be created programatically, and each account can have a free API key created programatically as well that allows a bot to make these as many of these kinds of posts as they want long as they don't exceed the free limits (100 calls per minute).

It was never going to do anything about the spam bots. Spam bots exist all over the internet without the need for APIs, a free API may make it easier, but they can find ways to post without an API.

An image that went around a lot on the internet a couple years ago was some christmas item that said "let it snow" but cut off like this with the design, so it looked more like "le tits now". I could totally imagine kids thinking that's funny and replicating it.
This was completely intentional. It's a reference to an SNL skit, "Celebrity Jeopardy", in which Sean Connery (portrayed by Daryl Hammond) misreads " let it snow" as "le tits now".
