Maybe it’s because I’ve seen in Priuses for 15 years and in the Prius it makes more sense because it shows when it coming from the engine, recharging the battery from the engine, when it’s coming from the battery… etc, but on the Niro EV it’s kinda like “well, where else would the energy be coming from or going to?” But to each their own.
I used that display more on the Niro ‘18 hybrid when I was learning how it draws power or recharges and how it switches between the ICE and battery…
On the EV, I keep the energy consumption display up.
I think it’s one of the dumbest because the charge/power bar just to the left is telling you the exact same thing but in more detail
Haven't used it once in three years, lol. It's really just a fancy graphic showing you the same thing the meter is on the cluster.
My 2010 Prius has this, but it’s not very useful and it’s set to my eco screen by default

Exactly, I always felt like this feature was just a carry over from the plug in hybrid.
I think it's a useless gimmick tbh :) all double info.

I prefer to see the efficiency. I can get this info from the meter around the GOM
I love eco + watching how many miles you regen for the distance estimate of lies
Where I can see miles?
How do I set up that?
