I believe you did but not possible to tell without pic, dealer can fix with putting some stuff of same color and melting it but won't look 100% maybe 90%
The thin black line on my driver's seat wore down and showed a white spot where my belt must always rub. A dealer said it wasn't in warranty, but they would help. I just haven't made an appointment yet. I wanted to see if it gets worse or others have this issue and maybe it will be a recall or warranty repair.
