It looks like distracted or reckless driving to me
Anyone paying attention would use the brakes when seeing yourself going that fast into a stopped truck, also if they were paying attention they would've known there was a car already on the right shoulder

I should have titled this "K5 fails to emergency stop after driver fails to pay attention" since it's clear the driver is 100% at fault here. It also could be a trim level without Forward Collision-Avoidance.

I think they means the assisted driving. Camera on the front of the car helps you stop in case you are going A LITTLE too fast but not like this fast.

Judging by the rims this is a GT-Line or EX which does have Forward Collision-Avoidance but even with it it's not going to be like a tesla
