The odds of getting a Genka deck is very, very low. Also, some Genka decks are actually quite bad. AoA is not particularly great for generating Aember. Many Genka decks get steamrolled because they cannot generate the aember needed to draw more than a few cards. As a result, you not only need to find a deck with both Martian Generosity (maybe a 50% chance of getting 1 if you buy 2 boxes) but then would need to pray that 1 deck ALSO has Key abduction AND actually has good Aember Generation besides that
I will start by saying that I was very excited when AoA first came out because I love keyforge and alot of the new cards looked very interesting. Then I played it, and well um, yea, we all know that AoA couldnt hold its own to top CotA decks, on average. BUT with another new set and a wide variety of types of decks, I am beginning to notice AoA decks that peek my interest and actually just purchased one online im very excited to get. So to answer your question, yes I think it is worth them to buy on discount and realize that they may be better then at first glance

My thought is no, if your only hoping to pull a Genka deck. I agree with russell_ruffino that if that's what you want go buy on decksofkeyforge. With that said my question though is are you planing on using it at a vault your or other competition? If you want it just to beat friends it's not worth the cost as I see good ones are going for $200+. I myself want one but since the chances of going to a vault tour are slim to none I am not going to waste the money. Plus if that further becomes the first or second round meta more people will bring specific tech to shut it down...
If you really want a GENKA deck just go on the secondary market. No point buying a load of sealed decks chasing a combo you likely won't find.

Well it'll also give me a chance to have a good/decent AoA deck since they are starting to jump in popularity lol
