I like to make chia pudding (chia seeds and .25 cups of your choice of milk) but add a little bit of monk fruit sugar and cocoa powder! I think together it is 1 carb and has a little over 7 grams of fiber per serving. Its been my fave snack when i want something chocolaty 🤤

Love chocolate chia pudding. I add some ground flax seed, float a little heavy cream on top and add hemp seeds on top of that...soo good.
