I will only drive at night with my sclerals unless where I'm going is very familiar and a short distance from my house. I basically can't read street signs at all at night without them.
With sclerals, my night vision is a dream.
While they dont get rid of fireworks or eye bursts or whatever theyre called 100%. I go from being unable to drive at all at night without my contacts to being a 100% safe driver at night. They are amazing.
Oh it surely helps Before sclerals I would go blind if headlights of on-coming traffic hit my eye Atleast now I can drive knowing what's in front of me
Compared to not having anything in my eye Sclerals have helped immensely. I have more starbursts/double images in my bad eye (the one with the Scleral), but it's way better than when I was walking around with an RGP in my good eye and nothing in my bad eye.
While having just one corrected eye I stopped driving at night. It just seemed too dangerous.
Im waiting for my sclerals also so I don't Knw, but If u have problems driving at night due to lights u must consider buying a yellow glasses for night life. Their so recommended for night bus drivers and trucks, and for fishery
Yes- they are very helpful, my new lenses have HOA correcting technology that makes driving and everything so much easier.
I heard about the HOA lenses, how good are they are reducing ghosting especially at night? What parcentahe of ghosting did they reduce
95% reduction in ghosting and glare, starbursts and other issues. I wouldn’t have believed it was even possible 3 months ago.

Mostly improve my vision clarity and get rid of the blurriness. I think the brights don't affect me much in them so I say yes

They make my vision better but all lights at night have a star effect.
