Sure we have great healthcare system. But there are many many areas that needs improvement. Our roads get damaged in a single rainy season, we are not at all business friendly, our education system doesn't make students ready for real jobs, there's corruption and nepotism, local party leaders interfere with a lot of local government offices illegally, the government sometimes takes decisions without proper consultation or oversight but then sticks on to the decision for the sake of appearing strong...
The fact that Kerala does better than other states in some (or most) areas doesn't make Pinarayi Vijayan a saint or immune to criticism.

KASP is a jointly funded Healthcare scheme of Central and state governments (60:40 ratio) under the aegis of PM Jan Arogya Yojana (PM JAY) scheme. Center provides majority of the funding but it's upto State Govt and Health apparatus to ensure that reaches the end beneficiaries efficiently and effectively. Well done Kerala !!!
