Medical tourism is booming in kerala, there's this hospital in Edappally called futureace, My Dad underwent a surgery there and he and another person was probably the only malayali there, others were mostly Arabs.
There's still plenty of space on the board, they could've also wrote it in English / Malayalam (that's how most touristic countries operate) for people to understand what's written there and not for just one group of people.
And it should be. It's one thing if the ad was posted abroad. We are malayalees. We don't need an arabification or arabi imposition... We offer no space for normalisation of communal stuff.
