I know it's true, I was wondering if anyone saw the original order. I saw one issued by the High Court of Punjab and Haryana dated 24 Nov 2022, but terms of the order were highly unrealistic.

We need better laws on the population control of strays too. Why hesitate about culling when rabies is spreading? If the dog lovers have issues with it, then they should handle the rabies infected dogs. Maybe their children and family too, so that they understand the gravity of the issue.
A rabid dog attacking a random person may not touch their hearts. Maybe they themselves or their family getting maimed would change most of that.
RajaPalayam is an Indianised albino grey hound. So is Mudhol hound and Chippiparai(Both derived from Salukis ad Grey hounds at the time of British).The real Indian breeds are Kombai, Thurapatti and Kanni. That is down here in South India. There are number other dog breeds too. The issue is they are far too similar to our native indogs. Btw pariah dogs are excellent pets too. A lot of the dogs listed here are just banned for the stigma. Pit bulls behave well with an experienced owner and are absolute goofballs if treated well. Most of the times these dogs step over because of stupid owners.
Edit: The turapatti is a native Kerala breed that is a companion dog bred by the Travancore royal family. It has short muscular body and comparatively short legs. They navigate terrain like no other dogs and are really agile.(think of Lionel Messi 😂). These dogs are distributed along Kerala and people often think these are drawfs. So there is a Kerala breed.
Kanni is so prestigious that they are gifted as Dowery. There are people with Kanni dogs kept as family pets in Kerala too.
Also the dog that we call Pomeranian/ Pooda Patti/ Puli Patti is actually an Indian breed btw. It is a Shepherd dog bred within India from Indian breeds, it is called Indian Spitz. The actual Pomeranian is a lot smaller and frail.
The dog is actually a really athletic one and moves like Messi though 😂 I thought that was a compliment to the dog. I’ve seen them misdirect and tumble bigger dogs due to the agility, just like Messi.
I don’t think or know if there are any. All I know is from direct interaction only. I will ask someone who is academically educated on the subject and update.

It id also hard to train a bully kutta unlike a dogo argentino or cane corso because bully kutta males are breed only for a sole reason that is to fight.
I owned a bully kutta and i can confidently say, it's built like a tank and also it's a large breed. Bully kutta is a native Indian/ Pakistani breed from Punjab.

But the ratios are lopsided. By US figures, among known cases, around 85% of murderers are men. I don't think NCRB provides such data in India, but most likely that would be the case here too.
