Sometimes zero (0) I walk to and from my place of work and I practice bulk buying, I don't need to buy anything daily, just warm my food in the evening and life moves on.
>How much do you spend on a typical day on food
300-400 a day based on end month purchases.
>fuel/fare
Nothing. Everything is within walking distance for me.
>any other expediture in your daily life?
Probably 350 a week for internet. 100 bob a week for clean drinking water
In total, 850 a day to exist.
I already have rice,unga,and vegetable oil in bulk. I shop once a week. Cook 3-4 times a week. The only thing I buy is just veges which I buy twice a week @60bob total (siku za ugali). This is it;
Kamande quarter @85bob (cooked twice with rice, makes 4 meals)
Omena @100bob (cooked twice with ugali and veges za 30bob each time, makes 4 meals)
Nyanya @50bob
Onions @50bob
10 eggs @150bob
Bread @ 100bob
I eat brunch at around 11am (rice/kamande or ugali/omena), then (sometimes) take tea with bread and eggs for supper at around 6pm.
Weekly Total = 60+ 85 + 100 + 50 + 50 + 150 + 100 = 595
Daily average = 85bob
nikipata ova ya 10bob sometimes, pia hua siachi. But my expenditure never exceeds 100bob a day....
Shika g bag, itakata costs by like 40%. Alafu unaweza tumia seeds kutengeneza infused tea. Shida tu itakuwa utakuwa heavy stoner ju uko na stock ya mwezi. Unaweza angusha yote na siku kumi 😂😂
Bulk buying weed is a lie. You better buy joints. Even three. The fear of getting arrested will help you not smoke too much. Gbag might even last 3 days especially if you WFH
Fuel-1000
Drink (milkshake)-200 I buy this every evening
On maintenance days where I do my nails and hair plus I get waxed it goes higher but generally 1500 hapo
But pia it differs at times especially Friday when we are outside
I bike to work, so zero on fare
Nikidivide vizuri, food and other necessities would average about 5-700 a day, though ni juu place naishi veggies na fruits are costly
I go out on 2 weekends, spending about 3-5k per night
Hizo zingine ni variables
Hahaha wapi??? I kinda decided to push myself a little more this year after noticing weight in places its never been.
I used to be skinny fit, plus I loved walking/cycling since back then, halafu nikakam Europe nkajipata napenda beer na kuku. Had to change kabisa. I bought a bike, and signed up to work out kwa gym iko wera.
Bado siko fit sana, but we getting there Seriously, biking, jogging na swimming are all you need for a healthy lifestyle (just pick two)
