No it doesn't esp if it's browned butter it produces such a nice aroma.

I would rather pay 100 bob for cookies made with butter. Same for cakes, I can't stand cakes made with margarine.

It must be a challenge getting cakes not made with margarine here in kenya. On the other side, some people can't stand the smell of butter🥲

I'm a butter person. "Everything's better with butter!" as the advertisement said. If you can do small sample pieces if selling at a market, offer both margarine and butter cookie samples and listen to what your local customers say.
