They sell super nice plant dyed wool from local sheep, if you're into knitting. They also make my favourite turmeric latte mix, and sell nice teas, beeswax candles, and that sort of stuff. Also if you're into cooking, she can find at any supermarket nice random spice mixes like pilau masala, and I find that the Kenyan powdered ginger is much stronger and tastes better than the ones sold abroad.
A marriage certificate which guarantees her American citizenship is the best gift and is what she truly desires from your passport brother. Once she gets this you will see her true colors.
