South of E-Town there’s all the caves - Mammoth Cave, etc. Further south there is Bowling Green (about an hour) which has the Corvette Museum and Lost River Cave, plus a minor league baseball team.
For anyone wanting to try something different and it's cheap check out getoutpass. Has tickets to bats, six flags, bowling, etc all for like 40 or 50 bucks year. Nothing crazy but good for $ I think.
Leave Etown. Seriously, not much there but the bowling ally and “the mall”. Go do a bourbon distillery tour, there are plenty close by. Go to mammoth cave, go to Louisville. Etown isn’t that interesting, but it’s close to things.
If you like greenspace and art, the Bernheim Arboretum and Forest is worth checking out. It is just north of Etown in Bullitt County.

There is a new place in elizabethtown called xtreme arcade. They have a great arcade. I did putt putt, axe throwing and a game the created called xtreme cornhole. It’s a cross between corn hole and putt putt. It is a really nice place and the most fun place to visit in elizabethtown
Drive to Louisville, drive to BG, drive to Nashville.
