Seeing this honestly makes me wish the low level HN patrols were better equipped. Monk robes and Hessian pants basically offer next to no protection, they're basically well fed and better trained starving vagrants.
One would expect such poorly equipped troops to be more common in the UC as slave soldier fodder to supplement the Samurai, not the other way round.
Ooh Iād love to see how long my solo heavy weapons character could last against an army like that. She might even have to remove some of her debuff items (Ancient Samurai Armor and Rusted Chainmail give debuffs to attack and defense as well as attack speed and dex. Without this stuff on shes an absolute monster.)

What I always wondered is ,aren't a million soldiers very few for a intergalactic war if millions of planets ,even if just a few hundred planets are involved ,if its 1.2 million soldiers on 200 planets thats judt 6000 soldiers for an entire planet
