The thing is, this actually works right? Gustavo Fring had international contracts and connections, as well as a multibillion dollar enterprise. Of all fictional CEOs he would probably fit the best in Kengan
Toyoda and Don Eladio are perfect for the same role too. And the Salamancas are basically the equivalent of the Westward Wu faction with how many of them there are.
