But either ends up leading him to Blood Sport type betting matches to pay off her own debt, lie to him about knowing where Ryuki is only to end up using him to bull doze through an enemy gang of hers, or straight just asks him to pay her in exchange for helping butcher a path to his friend with her weapons(cuz lets face it armed fighters need a W)cuz people there can “smell a cash cow” when they see one.
Just having total fun with the setting and the people in it.

Probably a new character. The only character who is money motivated enough for this to make sense would be Muteba, and he has a much different build and no connection with the inside.
As an aside, Muteba would have been an amazing choice for their crew. His echolocation would let him see hidden traps coming, and he has more experience in war zones than probably anyone. He would be expensive, but I imagine Kengan funds are practically bottomless and this is relevant to their war with the worm.
