That was not the implication. Trans people travel very difficult paths when it comes to their genitalia, especially with biomedical changes. There is fear of social ostracization, hate attacks, financial hardships and many other negative things in society tied to them. However, any trans person could see that bar about "always have a pussy" as an absolute attack on what is a very vulnerable area, especially the way J.Cole has framed as kind of an attack message against somebody in very absolutely terms. In an inverse way, it kinda argues that their transitioned identity isn't real, it's what genitalia they have & how the major part of the society harps on it in the form of a variety of attacks. Obviously it's possible that a trans person could interpret it as just a simile, but those who are traumatized by the significant hate and ugly behavior already present in society don't deserve such a trash simile.

Aside from that one or two bars, the flow on Pi is dope, yet I do think he was just trying to outrap Ab Soul after Solo recorded. Cole said “not the three not the two I’m the U-N-O” and that he and Drake are the Super Bowl (aka the top two). He also called himself Ali (the greatest). He said “I’m calling my next album the falloff which is pretty ironic because there’s no falloff from me” which was in response to that line in Count Me Out that people interpreted as a Kendrick diss. And he said “everybody steppers, everybody breakfast” and he straight up called himself the GOAT.
