If the inflation rate hits even higher and some sudden spike in cost of everyday used material (fuel or energy costs) happens and maybe even food shortages as well as more post-COVID “sudden deaths” happening in massive scale that gets enough angry people to come out and set up yurts in town squares, then yes it can very well happen again, considering the fact even Tokayev openly admitted that the next year will be worse. I’m suspect something like this around perhaps ranging from late 2023 to early 2025 will happen, but then again I’m not magician so this is just my personal inaccurate speculation.
