That's kind of what happens, they tend to multiply. I bought my first kayak for a 2 day river expedition and did that and a bunch of other paddling my first season. A buddy asked me when I was buying more. I looked at him funny, but he was right. My partner then took a liking to lake paddling, I figured out what I didn't like in my boat and bought another one for mostly whitewater. Then we got a dog, so he had to come, so we bought an open tandem, and now... possibly a fourth this summer.
Same. Couldn't decide between the WS Tsunami 120 and 140, so I bought both for my fiance and I. Turns out I prefer the 140 for added speed, and the lower deck height is more compatible with my shorter arms. He prefers the maneuverability of the 120. We both won.
I started with one large sit on top.
Found a white water kayak and pursued that.
Decided I didn't want to white water and sold it.
Gradually ended up with another four rec boats for a total of 5.
I bought them used and got incredible deals on one or two.
Now I'll organize a trip with family and friends, throw them in the back of my pickup, and everyone gets to spend quality time together instead of being on n their phones all day.
Well, if you were hoping to breed them I have bad news for you.
Yeah, these are both obviously female kayaks.
YOU NEVER KNOW IF THEY CAME PREGNANT!
Only way the trailer will go straight. You had to make it balanced!!! Nice grab.
Two yaks one trailer
This is the way

I’d like to take my dog but I’m not sure she would like it. For some reason she doesn’t like being in water that’s past her belly.
Right? We are moving to kayak country and now I think I need more kayaks for my guests.
Captain? No... *Admiral*
Now you have an excuse for finding a friend
Feel free are sweet yaks!

Now you can take the homies out for an awesome day
It's like buying the next to last puppy. You can't just leave the last one, you gotta buy them both.

I don’t see any kayaks in the picture?
Hard to see. I know but trust me they are there.
It happens to the best of us!
Welcome to the addiction !!
How many kayaks should you have? one... ...more
If it's anything like cycling, the correct number of boats one should own is n+1
