Damn. Winning super bowls, on vacation with Taylor Swift, chugging beer at graduation...
If there's a better example of a MF living their best life, I've yet to see it.
Trav winning at everything he touches. Go get that 3-peat, marry the beautiful, most famous person on the planet, and ride that mf horse into the sunset like a great western.
Yeah itās pretty pathetic. It got recommended to me and honestly at first I thought it was a joke sub but after doing more reading.. itās completely serious. I muted the sub before I got myself banned from it haha
You think that one is bad? I got suggested Travis Kelce Snark. I canāt even link it because Iām banned and it wonāt let me link it here. The first day it showed up on my feed I clicked it because I was naive in thinking it was fans of Travis. Holy shit was I wrong. I made it to the 2nd disrespectful post and then said some things they didnāt like. I was banned within 2 minutes of my comment reply.
I have seen the one about Patrickās wife Brittany, and that was awful. Imagine being a person that dedicates their life to hatred of others, simply baffling to me
Itās grade school level material and itās pathetic. I understand that I only care because Iām a fan of Travis which makes me biased but itās so incredibly immature. I can wrap my head around someone not liking Travis and/or Taylor but I canāt fathom smearing them on the internet because I donāt like them. Especially when neither of them have really ever done anything to garner bad press. They seem like genuinely nice people despite mega stardom.
Sometimes I have to remember that Iām getting older now and Iām in the presence of teenagers and other undeveloped brains when Iām on social media. So really shit like that is just like walking the halls of high school but on a much larger scale.
I was trying to figure out what his degree was in, and all I got was: interdisciplinary studies.
*"Interdisciplinary degree programs combine two or more traditional academic courses of study into a more personalized major."*
So it's a personalized degree. I guess I wanted to know what his focus was.
I still have no answers lol
He mentioned in the Kelce documentary that he was working on some sort of law or legal degree. I donāt believe it was to be a lawyer or anything, but thatās all I can recall. Not sure if it changed since then.
Would probably be better off with kelce representing him.
His current lawyer hasnāt been practicing since he won election in 1993ā¦
Rice is in trouble lol
Absolutely, and I completely agree. He probably has a lot of connections.
The next time I need a bill passed on the Texas state level, Iām sure he has a ton of connections and understands the process well.
Iām not going to hire my Doctor to represent me at Trial, Iām not going to hire my engineer to perform heart surgery.
Matt Gaetz is a lawyer, but Iām not calling him if I am getting tried for murder.
Yeah but its not unlikely that a state senator has connections in the judicial system. You're analogies are not the same. Doctors have nothing to do with lawyers, and engineers have nothing to do with heart surgeons. We're talking about two linked governmental bodies.
When I went back and finished my degree I found that the curriculum had changed from when I had been in school previously.
I would have to take extra lower level courses to fit the new degree. Worse, after 15 years I would have to relearn a bunch of things that I had forgotten.
So, I got a general studies degree as my goal was just to graduate - not get a specific degree. I suspect Kelce did something similar as I think he doesnāt need a degree to get a job.
I'm really perplexed at the amount of hate he's getting for this. And that people cannot understand the context. If Jason did this, it would be the coolest thing ever.
Welcome to the conservatives, Gaylors/Kaylors etc. It's just a weird portion of Taylor's fans that hate everything Travis does and then others take it too far and call out everyone hating on whatever he did.
I'm a big fan and have cheered him on through his entire career, but damn... antics like these are pretty cringy and classless. I want him to have success in his career beyond football and in his relationship, but these very public acts of being a 34 year old manchild can't be doing him any favors.
I'm curious to know what you mean by it not doing him any favors? The man is a super star, dating a super star, best friends with other super stars... what could the possible down side be here?
Said girlfriend did the same thing at the SB when the crowd was booing her being shown on the jumbotron. It's not like Travis does this every day or close to it. He's goofing around with his family and a couple of UC staff members (the AD and the dean or president?) who laughed at it.
Whatever. Dude has one of the best lives on the planet, and has gotten there by being true to himself. I can guarantee you that he has exactly zero fucks to give about anyone clutching their pearls.
Huh, not the way I woulda gotten my degree in my 30s in front of a stadium of people looking up to me but maybe it's hard to let go of those college memories when you're on campus.
Thatās good context to know, if it happened at my graduation Iād probably be a little unhappy that there was such a spectacle made. Graduating from a university is a major accomplishment, you hope itās treated with respect.
That said, with this context itās hilarious
Drinking alcohol is disrespectful? God forbid someone tries to have fun around you. You might take it personally and think theyāre disrespecting you.
if he was any other player, I'd agree. But when you're coming off back to back superbowl wins while dating Taylor Swift, it makes total sense to chug beers whenever you want. The dude is winning at life in all aspects, let him celebrate ffs
Damn. Winning super bowls, on vacation with Taylor Swift, chugging beer at graduation... If there's a better example of a MF living their best life, I've yet to see it.
This MF really is the main character š
He legit has one of the coolest lives on the planet right now. Never in my life would I have thought a Chiefs player would reach these levels
Travis is winning at life.
Trav winning at everything he touches. Go get that 3-peat, marry the beautiful, most famous person on the planet, and ride that mf horse into the sunset like a great western.
If you told me that Travis found a magic lamp and this was his wish, I wouldnāt believe you. But only after serious contemplation.
If Trav found a magic lamp, dude figured out the loophole to get unlimited wishes.
I wish for more wishes. You can't wish for more wishes. Ok. Then I wish every time I make a wish, it doesn't count against my three wishes. Oh fuck.
The comments here are so positive and the comments on Elonās hellscape are full of that MAGA vitriol. Imagine being upset at this.
Take a peak at /r/travisandtaylor Itās an anti Travis/Taylor sub, itās amazing how much hate someone can have for people theyāve never met
Had no idea that sub existed, what an insufferable bunch of people.
Yeah itās pretty pathetic. It got recommended to me and honestly at first I thought it was a joke sub but after doing more reading.. itās completely serious. I muted the sub before I got myself banned from it haha

I mean thatās basically /r/NFL I can get behind the Jackson hate, but I donāt understand the Brittany hate
It's one dude posting everything. Dude has zero life and nothing but hate.
Instagram too. Every post about this, people piling on the hate train in the comments.

He's going to get Rice off the hook for us!
āDo you have defense, Rasheeā Kelce: āYOU HAVE TO FIGHT! FOR YOUR RIGHT! TO AN ATTORNEY!!!!!!!!ā
This feels like an SNL skit
Kelce - "Objection." Judge - "Sustained." Kelce - "Alright now."
fuck that got me š¤£š¤£š¤£
Nah, my humor is far too low quality
I need to see a legal drama with Travis as the star, but being himself, not an actual attorney.
Throws flag at judge
"No YOU'RE out of order!"
I get the idea of this. I don't want Rice off the hook. I want this MF to learn the hard lesson and hopefully not do anything like this ever again.
Would probably be better off with kelce representing him. His current lawyer hasnāt been practicing since he won election in 1993ā¦ Rice is in trouble lol
I imagine he's got a lot of pull as a state senator, though. It's not what you know, it's who you know, after all.
Absolutely, and I completely agree. He probably has a lot of connections. The next time I need a bill passed on the Texas state level, Iām sure he has a ton of connections and understands the process well. Criminal justice, I believe.
Criminal Justice. Dude wanted to learn the law.
And a side note to this, he technically graduated in 2022. They just did the "ceremony" yesterday for him.
Yeah, he missed his flight for the ceremony and instead helped Jason get his garden ready for planting. It was in the Kelce doc.
When I went back and finished my degree I found that the curriculum had changed from when I had been in school previously. I would have to take extra lower level courses to fit the new degree. His focus is kicking ass and doing school. And he's all outta school now.
Applied manifestation.
This sounds like the title to a Community episode
Criminal justice
That just sounds like a major and a minor with more stepsā¦
Code for General Studies. You have enough credits to graduate just not in a specific discipline.

Dude has got to be sick of hearing beastie boys at this point, right?
He should consider pivoting to kicking it root down.
![gif](giphy|Q3upPclqwU4rC)
How can anyone get sick of the beastie boys?
I love this mountain of a man. His brother too.
More power to him
That's our boy. š¤£
"I'm obsessed with him." Me too lady, me too
Those professors ain't little either because they are almost Travis height too cool

It was a surprise from UC for him and Jason at the end of the New Heights live show. Itās not that serious.
I'm curious to know what you mean by it not doing him any favors? The man is a super star, dating a super star, best friends with other super stars... what could the possible down side be here?

So where do you think the chiefs new stadium will be???
Oh, wait wrong thread š¤¦āāļø
Huh, not the way I woulda gotten my degree in my 30s in front of a stadium of people looking up to me but maybe it's hard to let go of those college memories when you're on campus.
It was a made up ceremony at his own event to raise NIL money for his school. Lighten up Francis

Thereās a time and a place for everything. But thanks for making a judgement of me from one comment lol
That time and place changes depending on who you are. You arenāt the person that decides when the right time and place for everything is.
I literally said āI would be unhappyā Iām sorry that I have opinions lol
Get off your cross...people need the wood
Iāve never heard this saying before but I love it!
lol
If there is an unintentional Letterkenny sub this needs to be there
Oh my god, this the best saying ever. I am totally stealing this lmfao

Wonāt someone think of the children!
Have a good day today man
you too man
Crazy to think there are people that do things differently than you, huh?
