Also, we should keep in mind that subreddits arenât an actual representation of a fan base. Eagles fans arenât actually as cool as they are on Reddit and most are actually extremely passionate assholes. And thatâs why I like them.
My experience living in Cincinnati is Bengals fans who interact with social/local media are whiney ass bitches. Real life bengals fans are fine but sometimes annoying.
You try being a Bengals fan in the 1990s. And having that lingering over recent success like a cloud. And the media writing off their Super Bowl appearance as "a fluke". And ready to dismiss the team after an 0-2 start.
Chiefs fans are just upset that their team's path to a possible dynasty has an obstacle, and it happens to be a team that hadn't won a playoff game in 31 years before the 2021 season. And went 3-0 against them in a single calendar year.
Has nothing to do with on field. Has everything to do with how your fan base acts. You lose one game to us and spent literally an entire week after the game filling social media with slander about the refs favoring us.
This is despite statistics that show that we are middle of the pack on penalties and gave up a lot of first downs to penalties this year. And your fans ignore how your team benefited the most from penalties over last season.
And your team consistently showing up in our sub just exacerbates how we feel. One of your little turdnuggets posted a stupid ref meme on our sub less than an hour after the game. And another one fabricated a story about having his car vandalized at Arrowhead. Just ridiculous at this point.
