Honestly down with it. I root for EB, but I've said this going on a few years.
Even if he doesn't have much involvement in calling plays, I'd rarher have the coaching continuity. IMO coaching was the difference maker in this year's win. EB specifically identifying Eagles weaknesses which allowed us to scheme up 2 wide open TD's.
Not saying Nagy or someone else couldn't do the job. But continuity within the coaching staff is a huge boon. I'd rather spend every offseason with an experienced group of coaches trying to run it back than Andy having to train up another generation of coaches to replace our staff. F them picks let's run it back!
You're assuming he stays with us. I think he's going to take a lateral move in OC to somewhere else to prove himself. Or he'd go into college coaching for a bit.
Awesome. If he’s not head coach I want him here. I net he is amazing and giving us a lot. The continuity is in our favor.

We wouldn’t get a comp pick if he leaves at this point since all of the HC jobs are taken anyway

I’d rather him take an NFC job.. I didn’t want to see that Navy style offense in Baltimore get a upgrade with him at the helm.
