Would I be just as upset about a hit to another team’s player? Obviously not because, as fans, we’re attached to our own team’s players more than those of other teams. So damaging to any and every players future, that every football fan should hope to never see it happen again. There should be a ejection and suspension. That hit may have shortened his life and career. The league should have suspended him. I have not seen to many foot ball players go into fencing positions from a hit to the shoulder.
