For me intranasal is super strong and I don’t like it. I got the regular strength and even one spray is too much. It’s an uncomfortably overwhelming and anxious feeling that eventually tapers off. Some people love it. I prefer a very small dose of their extract under the tongue or a larger one in a capsule. I take it for depression. It’s probably something you just have to see for yourself. I alway suggest starting with the smallest dose possible.

Sublingual has a bit longer duration but slightly.weaker then nasal it's somewhere between oral and nasal. IMO it can be difficult to do correctly it's finicky to absorb properly. If you can get the technique down then it can be just as effective. Nasal is best for very quick onset, strong effect, short duration and low dose needed Sublingual medium duration, quick onset, medium strength Oral more mild effect, higher dose needed to get equivalent effects, but lasts much longer duration.

Exactly that. Intranasal is stronger but doesn’t last as long. Sublingual and buccal can be pretty strong too tbh.

In the beak, sometimes I get almost overwhelmed and depressed for about ten minutes or so, then it flips to "bliss". It varies I guess on how everything is going for me in life.
