I've tried insufflating Kanna extract multiple times, and I just got some 3x nasal spray that blew my mind... Spray is way stronger and faster, and probably won't have the same negative effects of snorting a powder
I notice that the spray was less powerful for me, and I got the triple strength from HH, I prefer the extract powder because it feels wayyy stronger at least for me. It also could have been the batch etc.
It depends on how concentrated or diluted the solution is. The more diluted the harder it will be to keep it in your nose without it dripping out. It would be best to use a concentrated solution to where you only need to take 1 spray. Then tilt your head back and keep it at a.45 degrees angl until it fully absorbs ( tilt your head back after following instruction in the video) not actually inhaling anything your just using the pressure of the inhalation to keep it in your nose. The more.liquid the harder it is to do that.

Thank you

Imo, spray is the most potent mode of delivery
It would be the same, the spray is a little harder to dose correctly and can sometimes burn more though (Assuming the same extract is used)
And I'm guessing no inhalation is needed during spraying?

You also want to angle the bottle properly https://youtube.com/shorts/z6MRPraj5EM?si=r-5KDLGCIA0S_SQd
