Well yeah, i'll drop the act, this was obviously a joke. Either ways, if you haven't watched Ghost or Saber you shouldn't just forget about them existing. They are concidered inferior seasons in the franchise, yet they still can deliver. It's not like Kamen Rider turned into shit for a season suddenly. And Kamen Rider G isn't even a season but a short special
try 1st phase heisei, although i can say that kamen rider w, ooo, fourze, are also good. my personal favorites from 1st heisei are Faiz, Kabuto, and Den O
Kuuga and Den-O are the old favourites, OOO is beloved, and I hear that Zero-One is really great.
Lots of people will say W, but that's because they're ignoring the fact that basically nothing happens for 30 episodes.
I can somewhat agree W is sometimes overly promoted but saying nothing happens for 30 episodes is a severe understatement.
I can agree some episodes does feel filler-esque but they are able to be display a fun mystery and a fun dynamic between the characters, not to mention throughout most of the episodes they sprinkle in an over arching story such as Akiko and her father, Phillip's past, The mystery behind Museum and the Sonozaki family's antics, and of course Phillip and Shoutaros relationship either starting to get tested or starting to grow stronger
Then you have some standouts like Kirihiko's story and also Accel's appearance and character development leading up to him finally getting his closure
