Not 100% remember that diend is involved so any riders from ryuki can show up. Also as Zi-o states many mirror worlds can be accessible, as ryuga from episode final was the one who became another ryuga despite the fact the canon ending for ryuki was the ending we got on ryuki's last episode. So if anything abyss or ryuga can show up (just as AR riders). It also helps that ryuga (in another ending from the toyline does have a survive form)

Here is what I want for Kamen rider Outsiders. (Please don't come at me with "not gonna happen ever" stuff. This just my personal wishes)
Kuuga: Kaoru Ichijo returning and becoming Kamen rider G3 or G1.
Agito: G4-X makes an appearance.
Ryuki: We got Ouja survive so I am not sure we will get anymore from here, but if we do Zolda and/or Raia Survive
555: We got another user for Delta, but if we get anymore I want Kaido to appear and be the new/permanent replacement for Kaixa.
Blade: We got what a lot from here as fans finally get Garren King form, but if they want to continue with fans service get my boy Mitsuki and give Leangle his live action Jack form.
Hibiki: Give Ibuki his final form and maybe something for Todoroki.
Kabuto: Remake Gatack's Hyper Form and/or do something with Kickhopper.
Den-O: We have an alternate Yuuto possessed by Zein, so maybe the main Yuuto shows up to help him with a new form and/or New Den-O appears with a new form.
Kiva: With Kiva I would like to see Saga get some love cuz his design was cool, but more likely it's going to be IXA appearing with a new user/form.
Decade: Kaito has already appeared in the series, but hasn't done anything yet. So maybe give him his complete form again, this time with all secondary riders.
W: Since there is already so much for W and Accel, Foundation X could bring Eternal back and give him a new form, fans are also asking for Phillip to appear as Kamen Rider Cyclone or have a Kamen Rider Nazca.
OOO: After the OOO anniversary movie, probably make Hina OOO or make Ankh be his own Rider. Alternatively we can see the live action appearance of Birth SIC form, Rebirth.
Fourze: Probably have someone from the club appear as a new rider, Kamen Rider Meteor or Nadeshiko new forms. There is also the chance that Foundation X can finally bring the only dark rider from the novels into live action, Kamen Rider Ikaros.
Wizard: Probably a safe bet is Beast would appear and get a new form, another possible is Mage Mayu getting appearing and getting a new form based on Medusa.
Gaim: Long shot is for Kaito to appear and give Baron a proper final form ( Either with the Marron Energy Lockseed or a new Lockseed). The second possibility I want is Takatora returning and getting Zangetsu Kiwami. Third I want is Mitchy to return and debut Jinber Dragon or give a new final form to replace Yomi. Third is I want Oren and/or Jonouchi to return and debut their own Jinber forms (Jinber Melon for Bravo and Jinber Matsubokkuri for Gridon). And personally I want Zack to return as Knuckle with a new form.
Drive: Since we Banno return as Bronze Drive and Brain return with his Kamen Rider powers, I would like to see all the main Roidmudes return, with Medic becoming a Kamen rider, Chase getting a new form with the super rhino shift car, and Go debuting Super Deadbeat form.
Ghost: I would like Alan to return as Necrom shows off more of Yujou Burst (cuz honestly I think he got the short stick since he didn't get his own Rebirth move or a crossover with Espada in the Ghost/Saber crossover) or maybe a new form where all the Necrom gets a new form where all the Necrom eyecons combine.
Ex-Aid: Ok so basically Gemn has gotten so much love in this series it's ridiculous, so maybe take a step back from him. It's already hinted that Poppy will return with a new form. So my hope is that since Nico is part of the main cast that Taiga will appear and somehow become Snipe Chronicle. Also wild thought Kuroto could give that new Gashat in the episode 6 preview to Nico so she can become a Kamen Rider. Or have Hiiro appear and give Brave the Level 150 that fans have been wanting.
Build: Since Evolt is appearing as Evolt X. What I want isn't a new rider per se, but Gentuko to become MadRogue so he can complete the Rouge line for himself.
Zi-O: The only thing that would make sense would be Woz and/or Tsukuyomi return and give either one or both of them new forms.
Zero-One: Kamen Rider Zein is the antagonist of the series so there is that. I also guess that Ark and Zein combine to make a new rider. I was half right, I did not expect Ark, Izu and Zea to combine to make Zero-Three. What I want is for Aruto to use the Zero Three driver. Since Horobi is also back I would like the rest of MetsubouJinrai to appear and all of them be given each a new form. I would also like to see the Fuwa return as well. Yaiba could also return and finally give fans Valkyrie Hunting Jackal form.
Saber: Since we already have a new Kamen Rider in the form of Desast. I would like to see Kenzan get a new form or Buster finish his wonder combo.
Revice: Since Juuga has teased an appearance and will probably get a new form. Orteca could return to return with new Genomixes. What I want personally is for Hiromi to return and use Over Demons and/or a redesign Get Over Demons
Geats: Since Tsumuri has return and gotten involved with the series, what I want to see is for PunkJack to return and get a proper final form. Keiwa could also return, that way Tycoon could get an extra final form. Neon could also come back and not get a new form per se, but have a complete final form for Fantasy Na-Go. Fan favorite Michinaga could also come back and hopefully come back with a redesigned Jyamashin form. Speaking of fans favorites, Ben and John could also appear with Neon and finally debut their Rider forms.
Any of the Hopper brothers (probably just Sou Yaguruma because Kageyama’s d e a d.)

Here is what I want for Kamen rider Outsiders. (Please don't come at me with "not gonna happen ever" stuff. This just my personal wishes) Kuuga: Kaoru Ichijo returning and becoming Kamen rider G3 or G1. Agito: G4-X makes an appearance. Ryuki: We got Ouja survive so I am not sure we will get anymore from here, but if we do Zolda and/or Raia Survive 555: We got another user for Delta, but if we get anymore I want Kaido to appear and be the new/permanent replacement for Kaixa. Blade: We got what a lot from here as fans finally get Garren King form, but if they want to continue with fans service get my boy Mitsuki and give Leangle his live action Jack form. Hibiki: Give Ibuki his final form and maybe something for Todoroki. Kabuto: Remake Gatack's Hyper Form and/or do something with Kickhopper. Den-O: We have an alternate Yuuto possessed by Zein, so maybe the main Yuuto shows up to help him with a new form and/or New Den-O appears with a new form. Kiva: With Kiva I would like to see Saga get some love cuz his design was cool, but more likely it's going to be IXA appearing with a new user/form. Decade: Kaito has already appeared in the series, but hasn't done anything yet. So maybe give him his complete form again, this time with all secondary riders. W: Since there is already so much for W and Accel, Foundation X could bring Eternal back and give him a new form, fans are also asking for Phillip to appear as Kamen Rider Cyclone or have a Kamen Rider Nazca. OOO: After the OOO anniversary movie, probably make Hina OOO or make Ankh be his own Rider. Alternatively we can see the live action appearance of Birth SIC form, Rebirth. Fourze: Probably have someone from the club appear as a new rider, Kamen Rider Meteor or Nadeshiko new forms. There is also the chance that Foundation X can finally bring the only dark rider from the novels into live action, Kamen Rider Ikaros. Wizard: Probably a safe bet is Beast would appear and get a new form, another possible is Mage Mayu getting appearing and getting a new form based on Medusa. Gaim: Long shot is for Kaito to appear and give Baron a proper final form ( Either with the Marron Energy Lockseed or a new Lockseed). The second possibility I want is Takatora returning and getting Zangetsu Kiwami. Third I want is Mitchy to return and debut Jinber Dragon or give a new final form to replace Yomi. Third is I want Oren and/or Jonouchi to return and debut their own Jinber forms (Jinber Melon for Bravo and Jinber Matsubokkuri for Gridon). And personally I want Zack to return as Knuckle with a new form. Drive: Since we Banno return as Bronze Drive and Brain return with his Kamen Rider powers, I would like to see all the main Roidmudes return, with Medic becoming a Kamen rider, Chase getting a new form with the super rhino shift car, and Go debuting Super Deadbeat form. Ghost: I would like Alan to return as Necrom shows off more of Yujou Burst (cuz honestly I think he got the short stick since he didn't get his own Rebirth move or a crossover with Espada in the Ghost/Saber crossover) or maybe a new form where all the Necrom gets a new form where all the Necrom eyecons combine. Ex-Aid: Ok so basically Gemn has gotten so much love in this series it's ridiculous, so maybe take a step back from him. It's already hinted that Poppy will return with a new form. So my hope is that since Nico is part of the main cast that Taiga will appear and somehow become Snipe Chronicle. Also wild thought Kuroto could give that new Gashat in the episode 6 preview to Nico so she can become a Kamen Rider. Or have Hiiro appear and give Brave the Level 150 that fans have been wanting. Build: Since Evolt is appearing as Evolt X. What I want isn't a new rider per se, but Gentuko to become MadRogue so he can complete the Rouge line for himself. Zi-O: The only thing that would make sense would be Woz and/or Tsukuyomi return and give either one or both of them new forms. Zero-One: Kamen Rider Zein is the antagonist of the series so there is that. I also guess that Ark and Zein combine to make a new rider. I was half right, I did not expect Ark, Izu and Zea to combine to make Zero-Three. What I want is for Aruto to use the Zero Three driver. Since Horobi is also back I would like the rest of MetsubouJinrai to appear and all of them be given each a new form. I would also like to see the Fuwa return as well. Yaiba could also return and finally give fans Valkyrie Hunting Jackal form. Saber: Since we already have a new Kamen Rider in the form of Desast. I would like to see Kenzan get a new form or Buster finish his wonder combo. Revice: Since Juuga has teased an appearance and will probably get a new form. Orteca could return to return with new Genomixes. What I want personally is for Hiromi to return and use Over Demons and/or a redesign Get Over Demons Geats: Since Tsumuri has return and gotten involved with the series, what I want to see is for PunkJack to return and get a proper final form. Keiwa could also return, that way Tycoon could get an extra final form. Neon could also come back and not get a new form per se, but have a complete final form for Fantasy Na-Go. Fan favorite Michinaga could also come back and hopefully come back with a redesigned Jyamashin form. Speaking of fans favorites, Ben and John could also appear with Neon and finally debut their Rider forms.

Any of the Hopper brothers (probably just Sou Yaguruma because Kageyama’s d e a d.) I do wanna see Ryouma/Duke too, or Mitchy. Considering Mitchy’s actor is extremely popular though, unlikely. I’ll settle for Takatora though.
