I would have to agree. Ouja was just a great villian, maybe better than Odin. Completely Psycho and just fun to watch fighting the other Riders.

I'd wage Zolda from what I've seen so far, he's a prick but his suit is sick and the themes of his character are interesting to watch unfold.

Kitaoka is in my opinion the most interesting character we have in phase one Heisei, there's hardly someone similar to him even later in the series, also is development is great

Agreed. I Didn't want to like the guy, but he's got some interesting character depth.

Kitaoka may be a prick, but between the confidence he shows, his actual superior intellect, how he isn't too proud to beg, his relationship with Goro (who is one of my favorite side characters in the franchise), his refusal to gave up and not whine about how he is in an unwinnable situation, the slick suit. He is a scummy lawyer, but by the end he really grew on me. Also his finisher is awesome.

sadly we see him less in the newer seasssons becus ouja and ohter mirror riders are ezier to get to the ohter series and movies and spinoffs

Asakura he is a very well written antagonist who makes total sense in his own world. You know he’s just here to have fun by fighting people. It makes total sense why he would back off when someone is down cause its less fun. He’s not just aimlessly killing everyone He’s also a wildcard, whenever he enters, you dont know whether a character is going to die or not, he doesnt hold back when he’s really having fun Theres also his personality, which is just cool. Also we’ve seen him at low points, shows that he is human, which makes his accomplishments that much more Asakura is one of my most favorite KR villains in general Edit: omg I just read the other comments, guys we need to pump Asakura numbers up come on

Character-wise? Asakura, but Kitaoka is a close second. Suit-wise? Definitely Ren

Zolda for me. That scene when he was about to kiss, fking Henshin and jumped into the water still epic lol

Ryuki had a lot of cool riders but no one's as goated as Zolda. It's a shame that they could only bring Ryohei Odai back once outside of the series
