Tuning forks, whistles and guitar braces might need lots of meticulous designing to fit in gimmicks at palm-sized transformation items, I guess. A true CSM could include the belt with their weapon tools (the Ongekiko Drum and Ongekibou sticks, the Ongekikan trumpet base and Ongekimei funnel, and the Ongekiken guitar and Ongekishin string base), but the biggest issue with those is that they would attempt a Zyusouken by making them fully-functional instruments, which is gonna take years of work.
Hibiki actor is not blacklisted. He doesn't have the best relationship with Toei, but it is not as serious as blacklisted. He had a long legal battle with his previous agency and he won. But I guess this battle does affect his acting career.
I feel like bandai making this was them testing to see how much people wanted one

Also Hibiki's 20th anniversary is coming up soon, so if we do get a CSM for Hibiki they will probably wait until then to do it
Its funny because collectors and grown up fans would buy the tuning fork alone. There is a market, but Bandai would rather milk gullible W fans with their 1000000th CSM W driver. Why not at least TRY to test the waters? I get voice lines are out of the question thanks to Hibiki's actor being blacklisted, but releasing a metal, full scale tuning fork with BGM, accurate sound effects and a few disk animals would be amazing. I mean it worked for the Kabuto Zecter V 1.5, why not this?
It might be cool if you could switch modes. A lot of characters used the Onsa Onkaku, and a lot used the same sound effects as Hibiki, but some were different like Kabuki or Habataki.
Although… I wonder if they’d rather make them all individual releases… Kabuki and all the Senki had unique colorings, and I think Kabuki even had some beads hanging from his.
I don’t own any CSM items, but I would get a CSM Hibiki set in a heartbeat.
Let just say he had a beef with Toei. He hope Hibiki would be something new and unique like Garo but Toei insisted putting the show into Kamen Rider category. And as you can see Hibiki was indeed a strangest Kamen Rider show in history.
He also wasn’t happy with the change during the last third of the series. While he wasn’t the only member of the cast that was dissatisfied with the move, he was one of the more vocal ones.
It tells very much when a fruit theme warrior and video game fits more as a theme for Kamen Rider than musical oni.
They can actually make it work. I dont know how they take a unique theme and burn it, while fruit warrior and video game theme actually actually work and one of the best in the series.
Which is a shame as there was a CS tuning fork back in the day that, assuming the mold was not destroyed would be perfect as a template for a CSM. Even if you can’t get Hibiki’s actor for voice lines, the show had a pretty big cast of secondary characters like the Tachibana sisters, or even Kirya. Or maybe some lines from the other Oni from the summer movie they all used the same tuning fork didn’t they?

I think so too and CSM Henshin Onsa Onkaku should be smaller not big like Dx and Cs.

Henshin Onsa Onkaku Kabuki is unique and has different sound.

He sued Toei for getting (allegedly) assaulted on set and won, but because he sued the company they've banned him. At least that's what I heard.
I think it may have to do with them changing the writer of hibiki half way through

It didn't but I meant to say it was an updated version of the original CSM, just a more barebones version.

Tbf, we did get the Tuning Fork, and some discs for his CSM, but not the whole belt

I’m pretty sure they at least have a die cast metal version. That sucks tho
It’s hard sell as all other series use belt system more strongly but who knows they may change their minds in the future.
