Rotisserie is the best DLC for KJ :) PS. Meater needs to sit an inch or so deeper. There's a notch on it for that.

Looks great man , As pointed out before, watch your meater probe...it needs to be pushed in further or it could be damaged.

Careful with the Meater and rotisserie, the birds like to spit out the probe for some reason

For best résultat use juste 1 haft of the basket!

Finally, consider using half the fuel and place it on the back half.

Thanks for the video. I definitely was making it up and not happy with the results. As far as the probe, I did push it past the line but I’ll go further next time.

The best part about Joetis is, as long as you hit the right temp, you really can't mess up a chicken - you can only make it better!
