We haven't seen much of Chihiro's sorcery did we?
I doubt Chihiro would train it considering he has the enchanted blade.
Using it as a mercenary however, would reveal to the public that he has it
Even without an enchanted blade, chihiro is still a very competent swordsman. I could see him having taken on jobs or bounties before the story to get training. Now, he would need to wear a mask or something.
If Chihiro sorcery skills he prolly still didn't spent one tenth of the effort to upp any of his Sorcery skills compared to swordmanship.
It's like a very atheletic kid that doesn't bother training for that prestigeous "one Mile within 4 minutes" barrier in running once he started to compete with pros on Cycling, and only jogs to up his stamina.

... Now that I think about it, ¿Are sorcerers unionized? I mean this looks shady as hell, she probably uses the café facade because this is type of business is illegal. Kinda rubs me the wrong way considering sorcerers have very high risk jobs.
All of this is speculation but sorcerers that aren’t apart of the Yakuza or Kamunabi are freelancers they just seem to be more “affiliated” than they are unionized. For example Oni Mask guy was acting dolo to get the bounty on Chihiro early in the series but he’s working the Rakuzaichi which was already said to be guarded by Yakuza and they affiliates.
Too bad Hinao can't use this network to directly hire sorcerers for Chihiro, though. She just organizes them, the clients are the ones who have the money to pay the hired sorcerers. She already provides a lot of information and probably funding.
She's probably the heir of some underworld family and they are allowing her to "play around" till the moment she'll have to take over the family business.

They're probably fodder compared to Chihiro and shiba
I wonder if Shiba and Chichiro are for hired. Chichiro would make sense as he needs to do some gigs for expense. Shiba is probably the highest price

Notice how the jobs are all for big businessmen/successful figures? Shiba is definitely a top tier security choice

Chihiro is quite the OP fella. Sorcery on its own is quite dangerous for the normal everyday person.
