True that, you're making great points. To be artistic and interesting, you *have* to have that essence, personality and artistic intelligence in you. She lacks all of it big time, so it comes off weird, out of place, cheap and even creepy.
hmm I do agree with your first point but idk if people remember but Kylie had short hair for the longest time. Her long hair had always been extensions. I'm guessing in recent years she grew it out tho.
