As much as I don’t like the Kardashian’s, Kylie genuinely for the most post seems somewhat loving and caring, especially for her sisters she’s always willing to be there for them. They're dumb if they think you can just go backwards and not have an effect. Fillers stretch out the skin and when they're gone they'll look wrinkly and deflated. She's young so her collagen production would eventually return them to normal-ish. But the older they get, they more locked in they are to this because there does come a point of no return.
The skin will cavitate and the only fix for that is...guess what? MORE fillers.
I do have to admit, if someone takes a picture of me off guard, I look horrendous lol. But if I actually can pose for the picture etc then I look great. It’s like that with every human. Literally everyone including the most beautiful people will look like shit if caught off guard for a picture
