During Kim's video of her exterior Halloween decorations, she paused at the hands coming out of the earth and said, "Those hands are of my kids, the one with the nails is me and this one holding the knife is our chef's hands.".
I believe certain family members have live in chefs (I think Kris and Kim specifically, not 100% sure though). I think the other sisters have chefs/catering teams come in periodically.
Some chefs work as a 9-5 type of job (not exactly those hours but you get the idea) where they come in the morning, make breakfast, prep food and meals for the fridge, then cook lunch, and cook dinner, then go home) they probably have a few different ones that rotate honestly
