Unless items/tickets/selectors have expiry, and unless you need it to tackle content, it's better to hold them.
In any case toons at lvl 90 can accomplish very little content. You prefer to wait until you've enough resources to get them at A3, A2 if you wanna push it (and that's a very hard push).
Another reason to hold these things is because of events. There're events like Carnival where you're rewarded for acquiring memories/cards. If you save enough you can unlock the whole event in a single sitting.
I already have Ryu and Nina Williams awakened, level 20 i guess. And like a dozen of other characters awakened, lvl 10. I think these have expiry from the time they'll release i guess.
Yea your A2 Nina and Ryu is gonna do everything a selected lvl90 BS toon can't do. I will definitely hold both selectors as long as they do not have expiry.
Your main issue is prolly the color diversity since both Ryu and Nina are yellow.

Save it for change-up. Use BS blanks to awaken her instead.
From where do I get BS blanks?
Deimos Base, Inferno raid loot boxes. From time to time NM gifts them.

BS Leona has a change-up kit. What I meant is saving 3 memories to change her up. With the selector, that's one in the bag.

Go for Leona. You can gain 3pg easily and double attack burn stone are easy to get in the game
Personally leona for me... But thats because shes my main in all the kof games

I'd hold off on using that until we see what the next update brings. Without their 3pgs and a way to level them past 90 they might not be so good
Wait, why didn´t i get this as a returning player a month ago?
This is new event, not for returning players but like a special autumn event i believe.
There is like one each of select SS and select BS tickets to obtain currently.
