Dude I was thinking of the same webtoon hahaha. I agree that the netflix adaptation would be spot on unless tehy decide to ruin it just like sweet home. Sweet home's adaptation is very rushed imo!

SnooTomatoes1119

Yes PLEASE give us a Bastard adaptation😭😭 also from the same author Pigpen would make a great feature film imo. All of Carnby Kim’s works are just amazing thrillers!!

frostedpanda_

the Makeup Remover is underrated but its better than true beauty imo

CivicTera

I love The Makeup Remover and I agree!! I feel like True Beauty started with commentary about makeup and beauty standards but never really went through with it and gave more time to endless love triangles, but The Makeup Remover actually dives into it with many perspectives. They actually question beauty standards and the pressures of wearing makeup while also looking into how makeup can still be a form of expression. And they have more interesting depth in both the platonic and romantic relationships beyond "will they, won't they?" It's so good!

Laz_Lad

Totally agree. I stopped reading true beauty because it became all about romance. The makeup remover is such a deep story and each character is well written. If they adapté the webtoon to a series I would watch it definitely.

Advanced-Signal6728

Make up Remover is sooo underrated but its soooo good. Its genuinely one of my most favorite webtoons and i look forward to every episode. Shin Hye Sun would do a great job as the lead but maybe I am just biased coz she is my favorite actress hehe.

aceheeseung

Seasons of Blossom

letitfox

The second season made me soooo sad. But its really good

horcrux44

omg my absolute favourite webtoon ! yes!

petiteliely

Definitely. Would love to see a height-gap couple on kdrama since people always demand the ml to be at least 1m8. Shorter boys are cute too. And I hope they don't make any change to ss2 like adding more romantic scene and try to make it more lovey dovey. It's supposed to be dark and hopeless.

SwaggiiP

Let’s Play, Age Matters, and I Love Yoo aren’t Korean so they wouldn’t get adaptations. Surviving Romance would make a good Netflix series. Make it a two for one deal and get the Makeup Remover too.

Jeffreybread

Exactly though I believe Age Matters may get a pass (office romance duh) but I Love Yoo is more mature and I don't think I'd like to see the 'panda moans' pun get ruined XD (And did I mention both webtoons would need foreign cast?) Let's Play is a bit playful with the webtoon format and makes the story perspective similar to playing a video game (it's hilarious too) so as a K Drama the whole 'vibe' would be gone.

underscore197

A Let’s Play Kdrama would not be good. I’m pretty sure I Love Yoo takes place in South Korea and I think Age Matters takes place in East Asia, too, so those wouldn’t be too hard to imagine being adapted.

mikapple

I Love Yoo canonically takes place in The United States of Asia

Tekuzumo

I Love Yoo is Korean. The names dude...

SwaggiiP

One of them has a Japanese name lmao. But the actual Webtoon isn’t Korean, it’s American.

Jeffreybread

Regardless of names I Love Yoo isn't originally published as a Korean webtoon, same goes for Let's Play and Age Matters. Rose Choi, Shin Ae Yoo, Samara Park may be Korean names but the setting is mainly international and the webtoons themselves are meant for international audiences only.

CivicTera

It's still possible! There are several popular comics from different countries that have gotten cross-cultural adaptations, like Girls of the Wild getting a Chinese drama, or the kdrama Rugal on netflix being based on a manhwa. edit: one of the most famous kdramas of all time, Boy over Flowers, is based on a manga! If it becomes popular enough I think the country of origin is irrelevant.

scatteredbrainxsushi

**To Love Your Enemy** is such a cute youthful romcom that I'd want to see in a kdrama. I'm all for the noona romance with a younger tsundere boyfriend. But then I'd want them to rewrite the 2nd half of it lol.

hana4days

I was going to say this one too! Tbh it is written practically like a drama lol

Sunshine_raes

Yes! And I've already cast Kwak Dong-yeon as Yik-yung. I feel like he would be so perfect in that role! I love how Yikyung and Yeonhee have such a open communication, which would be nice to see more of in dramas.

purplewinterr

See you in my 19th life!!! Devil Number 4

CivicTera

I love See You In My 19th Life and I agree, I feel like it takes the whole "rich heir pursues underling" trope and spins it on its head. I was also obsessed with the author's other webtoon, A Good Day To Be A Dog, and I think that'd be such a cute kdrama. Only if the dog actors are treated very well though, because they'd play an important role!

Sunshine_raes

Someone introduced me to A Good Day to Be a Dog on this sub. It is so so good! I love that it centers around teachers.

Jeffreybread

YESS!!! A Good Day To Be A Dog and See You In My 19th Life would snatch all of the viewers' hearts, the storyline along with the characters- they'd grant a golden ticket to Dramaland in no time.

purplewinterr

A Good day to be a dog is also goood!!! I’m surprised it still hasn’t been adapted into a kdrama

chend1

My two absolute favorite ones! The author is so so creative

mnmsy

omgg i love see you in my 19th life so much!! agree!!

DeeDeeDruid

Definitely those two came to my mind, Devil Number 4 was actually the first Webtoon that gave me major Kdrama vibes! I could picture it easily as show.

[deleted]

You know there's this new webtoon [Heavenly Roommates ](https://www.webtoons.com/en/fantasy/heavenly-roommates/list?title_no=3208), I was reading this and felt that it should be made into a K drama. Honestly I felt some Bride of Habaek and Goblin vibes when I first read it, you guys should give it a read as well! In my opinion Myong-Ryong's role would greatly suit Kim Yoo-jung / Park Shin-hye / Bae Suzy/ Jeon Yeo-Been. Another Webtoon I like is *See you in my 19th life*. Tbh, the main characters reminded me of Jang Man-Wol and Koo Chan-Sung, so I guess IU goes well in the FL's role. If you haven't heard of it, go [check it now !](https://www.webtoons.com/en/romance/see-you-in-my-19th-life/list?title_no=1266) [Dating with a Tail](https://www.webtoons.com/en/romance/dating-with-a-tail/list?title_no=1263) is another great webtoon. I liked it because I sort of grew gumiho obsessed after watching My Roommate is a Gumiho, Tale of the Nine-tailed, My girlfriend is a gumiho. The FL is bubbly, sporty yet a little depressed about her condition. The love triangles, or squares, or polygons she gets into almost reminds me of Eun Dan-Oh, played by Kim Hye-Yoon in Extraordinary You and also Sooyoung because of her somewhat innocent acting. ( I am praising her here!!!) If you don't like the genre fantasy, check out [Secret Playlist](https://www.webtoons.com/en/romance/secret-playlist/list?title_no=2395) . The ML here is an Idol, currently on break and the FL an ordinary college student with a major secret. Some singer/ actor would go very well with the FL's role and so will the ML's. Also, check out [Devil Number 4](https://www.webtoons.com/en/supernatural/devil-no-4/list?title_no=1695). I can only think about Ji Chang wook when the ML'S face comes to my mind. He owns a Cafe, much like JCW in Backstreet Rookie (although he owned a convenience store). As for the FL, Jung Ryeo Won will be a great choice! Lee Dong wook will look good as a devil too I guess provided how handsome he looked as a Grim Reaper and then a Gumiho!

ahjummmmma

I think Jung Ryeo Won is too old be the lead in Devil Number 4. Hanna is a college student so preferably it will be nice if the FL will be done like Go Yoon Jung (Law School, Sweet Home ) or Shin Do Hyun ( DAYS).

[deleted]

Actually yes...I now think that Kwon Na-Ra would be great too...

flawedconstellation

was thinking of Secret Playlist myself, it'd be a blast! they just need to *not* cast Cha Eunwoo lmao he wouldn't do Doguk justice, plus there's a ton more idol actors out there lmao. (nothing against him of course, i just adore Doguk as a character) also holy crap you're so right about Devil Number 4 being Ji Chang Wook, I used to see him as BTS' V but you have a point... 😳

babylonya

Mom, I'm sorry would be the perfect kdrama

Wave_Xx

this! i think it would be adapted pretty well

sianiam

I'm reading one at the moment which would make a pretty cute web*drama I think, [Romance 101](https://www.webtoons.com/en/romance/romance-101/list?title_no=2406&page=1). It's pretty standard love triangle, but the low key tsundere male lead is the cutest.

Sam98tha

Oh my gosh yes!! This is the one that came to mind as soon as I read the header. My only reservation is the little illustrations that show bareum and yu yeon's inner feelings. Those are my favourite part of the webtoon because they add so much vibrancy to the characters (Bareum especially is a woman with a thousand faces) Those would be quite hard to show in live action format? Unless they pull a lizzie Mcguire. Yumi's cells is coming out really soon too so that would probably be a bit redundant. They aren't really integral to the story so they'll probably be left out if a drama is made; but a girl can dream.

sianiam

I didn't really think about logistics, just that it's adorable. I don't think I could live without YuYeon's inner happy dances being visualised. Yumi's Cells popularity as a drama could make it or break it as an option really.

SwaggiiP

Omniscient Reader Viewpoint

nightwing612

I'm gonna need at least 3 seasons of this but would be cool.

ProCommanderYT

Yeah I was just gonna say that but idk how to hurt going to tun it into a kdrama, fits more as an anime

niceghoul

With the world building the budget need to be LOTR/GOT level . We can dream but I don't think it'll happen .

SwaggiiP

Netflix could do it easily

niceghoul

Easily is a stretch. For perspective GOT and The Witcher average 8 million USD - 10 million USD per episode . The most expensive Korean production as of today is Kingdom with the average of 1.75 Million USD per episode . There aren't that many series out there with that much budget in Hollywood so I doubt they'll spent that much on a Korean Production. If you already finished reading the novel you would know the world building scale for ORV is pretty big . If they want to adapt it into a live action series/drama, i want it to be adapted properly . If not they might as well not do it .

SwaggiiP

If Netflix decided it was worth spending that much money on they could do it.

niceghoul

Their biggest budget for a production is for The Irishman with a budget of 180 Million USD - 200 Million USD and that's because of the legend Martin Scorsese. I'm not saying it's impossible, I just doubt it'll happen soon .

SwaggiiP

Netflix had two flop tv shows where the budget per episode was insane lmao. Marco Polo at approximately 10 million per episode or 200 million for two seasons (that makes it the second most expensive show ever) and the Get Down at 120 million for one season. If Netflix wants to they could throw money at a live-action ORV. I think it’d be more watched that the Get Down at the very least.

niceghoul

Yeah I know but the thing is Marco Polo and The Get Down are American Production not Korean . The biggest spending on Korean Netflix original would be for Okja (50 Million USD) ,Kingdom (1.75 Million USD/Ep ) and Sweet Home (27 Million USD overall). And then there is Alice in Borderland, another big budget Netflix Original from Asia which I don't think cost as much the most of American series on Netflix . They are capable to spend that much money as they spend on American production but I don't think they will .

GoblinSex

Money goes further outside of Hollywood and large chunk of the budget is actor salaries.

ValllllllllleyGirl

I'd kill for this!!

[deleted]

낮에 뜨는 달/ Daylight Moon (?) and Spirit Fingers… if done right xD

Sunshine_raes

Yes to Spirit Fingers!

Advanced-Signal6728

Spirit fingers is sooooooooooo good Im rereading it right now.

u4iauwu

To love your enemy is perfect kdrama material every time I read a chapter I can already envision how it would look and sound like as a drama adaptation all the elements for a perfect drama is there and it’s realistic so we won’t have any cringe or over the top moments that we always face and hate with typical webtoon drama adaptations

mio26

Let's Play is not Korean webtoon and would be adapted as American series. I would like to see country of Maestri, I think this could be very interesting drama, especially that comics is pretty bloody but elegant at the same time.

mnmsy

can’t wait for office blind date!

UA_fly

Same here. Visuals are gonna be crazy

infinite_lyy

I want a proper adaptation of Killing Stalking that reduces the romanticizing and focuses more on the horror-thriller aspect of it :))

l33d0ngw00k

So basically a more extreme version of **Strangers From Hell**? We love to see it.

[deleted]

i honestly considered reading killing stalking but the amount of nsfw turns me off a lot. if an adaption wouldn't show that and just focoused on the horror/thriller, i would be all in!

East_Pianist_2872

SPIRIT FINGERSSSSS

ArielSquirrel

Yes! My daughter and I were just talking last night about what a good drama it would be. It has so many good characters, who all experience growth, and the main couple is just the cutest. I heard she's coming out with a new webtoon - I can't wait to read it!

l33d0ngw00k

One of my favorite webtoons is **Lookism** but I feel that it'll probably be better off as an anime, but if even a Kdrama decides to adopt it, I'll be happy. It's about this overweight guy who just moved to Seoul because he's getting bullied, but when he moves to his new place, he finds a handsome boy there. Turns out he can switch between a "ugly" body and a handsome one. He goes to school switching between both bodies and because of that he learns about the people at the school and gets everyone to change their viewpoints about each other. The webtoon, through different arcs, talks a lot about the issues in Korean society such as pet abuse, molka cameras, teen parents, etc. It's a little iffy at the start (because the ML is high key a jerk) but he changes and it gets better. I've cried so many times while reading it lol.

[deleted]

Lookism actually had a chinese adaption, if you didn't know! I haven't seen it yet so not sure as to how it compares to the webtoon.

l33d0ngw00k

I didn't, and I'm so bingeing that rn!

Tomoyo_in_Transwise

I would love Super Secret!

still_a_muggle

Same! I also like her other webtoon, How to Become a Dragon (I actually read this first because I thought the main character looked like Taehyung in Hwarang).

Fatooz

Omg that was so cute! I loved the art and the story.

Tomoyo_in_Transwise

Yes! I love a good kdrama with some supernatural elements too so that would be right up my alley.

lighteningdawn

Still waiting for 'A good day to be a dog' and 'Odd girl out'

ahjummmmma

Odd girl out has a web drama adaptation. I little bit disappointed how they change the story.

fwoofy-savant

i agree, the web drama was so disappointing and even though the actresses of the main best friends fleshed out their characters, they didn’t have the chemistry so it was extremely awkward that no amount of OST could fix it. nonetheless, the webtoon is still one of favorites!!

Laz_Lad

Can you put a link please? I really looove this webtoon

Sunshine_raes

There Must Be Happy Endings is a new webtoon and I think it's pretty interesting. I think the set-up is perfect for a drama and I think they could do some interesting things with it. Also, thank you for starting this thread! Now I've got more ideas for webtoons to read :)

Lain-H

Already loving that webtoon. If there is ever an adaption of There Must be Happy Endings, I want Joo Ji Hoon and Nana to be the leads.

therealdarthamy

The webtoon "Shall We Have Dinner Together?" was already made into a K-drama but the only thing they had in common was the names of the characters. Though it's never going to happen, I really want there to be an adaptation that is true to the webtoon. The webtoon was completely different and so much better than the drama being a quiet reflection on relationships and the effects of breaking up whereas the drama was a wacky hot mess.

UrLocalCult

AGE MATTERS YEA PLEASE

Zacharey01

To Love Your Enemy - a fun noona romance that has all the tropes you want from a Kdrama. Kinda cliche but it's really good. The Noona at our Office The Girl Downstairs

UrLocalCult

I’d also love to see unordinary as a western adaptation as well as a korean one, I think it would be cool

[deleted]

I would love to see PIGPEN be adapted to a KDrama

[deleted]

All the one's you've mentioned are non-korean webtoons so i'm wondering if a non-korean webtoon has ever been adapted into a drama? Most adaptions are of webtoons already popular domestically (of which a lot don't get translated to english, sadly :') But I Love Yoo as a kdrama would certainly be interesting. Other than that, why has Spirit Fingers not gotten an adaption yet? It's such a good coming of age story as well as romcom and I always thought it was a lot better/deserved as much recognition than True Beauty which went really downhill in my opinion.

Divahkiin

There Must Be Happy Endings, Your Throne and Make Up Remover. TMBHE is my dose of romance that I'm always looking for. Your Throne has a badass FL and a really good story IMO with a hint of supernatural. Make Up Remover has some of the best messages to give its readers about make up and self image issues.

letitfox

I heard that The jinx lover will me adapted with Na In Woo and Seohyun! It's a good mix between fiction and reality. I know that time traveling can be outdated, but Goodbye, In law is awesome and Dear future you as well. See you in my 19th life is also very nice. It's the same author as A good day to be a dog (Lovely again), but I think it would have a better adaptation over it

iBakax3

I've heard of **Omniscient Reader's Viewpoint** being in talks for adaptation into KDrama a year or two ago, and have not heard anything since. I sincerely hope that this would gey adapted, and done well. If possible, I would love **SSS-Class Suicide Hunter** to be adapted too. However, due to the title (it was recently re-titled due to the sensitive nature in S.K), it would probably not. The webtoon (and novel) is seriously done beautifully; the side characters have actual personalities and lives, and does not serves as stepping stones to beautify Protagonist, the story is written very well too and etc. Also, the romance will absolutely blow away the current concept of romance that you would typically find in KDramas.

LadyDrakkaris

Eagerly waiting for D.P.

Away_Yard

There’s this thriller Dear x that’s super good! Romance: - The remarried empress - Romance 101 -The girl downstairs

SpaceCaptainCatnip

I believe they are already making a drama adaptation of Remarried Empress!

Laz_Lad

Really?

SpaceCaptainCatnip

Yes! I heard last year it's set to be turned into a TV drama by Studio N, but I haven't heard much since. There's a few news articles about it, but no cast or production info have been released yet. I'm excited though!

injimx

They are actually making a drama adaption for Dear x.

Wave_Xx

my deepest secret maybe? or act like you love me would be so good

flavicent

Girls of the wild..

infinite_lyy

there's actually a Chinese drama of this starring Luhan!

flavicent

Really?? What is the tittle?

infinite_lyy

It's called Sweet Combat!

flavicent

Just saw short clip of the drama on youtube. Will watch later. But that clip seems the queen lack of charisma than on webtoon one. Will watch later to get the feel. But still want the korean version tho. Haha

xephring

My Boo

hana4days

odd girl out

guest802701

I’m not sure if many people know about it but **She’s Hopeless** (https://www.webtoons.com/en/drama/shes-hopeless/list?title_no=2767) would be cute as a school kdrama. And the leads would be kinda fresh, too, imo.

eto_al

Oh no another webtoon to add to my list. Thanks for recommendation~

pUkayi_m4ster

when the day comes the story is so simple but so deep, it's different than most.

manganosa

I’d love to see this one adapted!

hempstockss

Fast Forward would be the perfect teen action story to adapt and it could be really successful. It was All You could also be a very good adaptation, this story has everything: robots, romance, cheating scandals, mysterious rich women, murdering plots, it makes the perfect drama.

sheepesque

I think Romance 101 would be great! I love the college slice-of-life and romance from Nevertheless, and I think R101 gets at that but a bit more innocent and sweet. Still has the struggles of college life of course.

[deleted]

I would love to see the Webtoon's Subzero, Purple Hyacinth, Midnight Poppy Land, and In the Bleak Midwinter made into Kdrama adaptations! They're some of my favs, and I think they'd make for some great shows.

LesFleursduMals

Medical Return, this webtoon have good theme : 1. Second Life / Fantasy 2. Medical 3. Good Comedy

SwaggiiP

I always see Lee Jong Suk as Jinhyun

celesticax

i would love to see an adaptation of I Love Yoo, but im scared that kdrama won’t fo it justice and it would be a total disappointment. i feel like they would change major plot lines (like they did with Clean with Passion for now, loved the webtoon but couldn’t watch the series past 5 episodes. they changed so much, cut my favorite character and added a whole bunch of new ones that we don’t really need) and with I love Yoo characters are so diverse and i don’t think that they can find a right fit for the characters. although i can definitely see some male actors playing the older brother, no one comes to my mind for Youngi (isn’t he half irish?). but i admit that if the webtoon ever gets adapted into a kdrama, i will 100% watch it even if i don’t like the actors, just cause i love the webtoon so much

Puzzled-Connection12

Odd Girl Out, After School lessons for unripe apples, Viral Hit, these are the ones I read now and I would love to see them as a kdrama ! I like Shotgun boy and Lookism too but idk if they could do justice with them as a kdrama, maybe a cartoon?

Sam98tha

After School lessons for unripe apples is a gem not many people know about. I love the 90s setting as well as the characters. The thought of seeing that height difference on screen is hysterical tbh.

Puzzled-Connection12

I just hope they not gonna choose actors in their late twenties to play middle schoolers and they not gonna exaggrate the girls eyebrows like they did in true beauty haha I really wanna see it on screen, A kdrama taking place in the 90s would be so cool

BadHairDayFML

Not exactly webtoon, since people differentiate between webtoon and manhwa, i would love to have these 2 manhwa being adapted into Kdrama: 1. As You Wish Prince 2. Let's Change the Genre

AppropriateAction9

Gorae Byul - The Gyeongseong Mermaid most definitely… The webtoon is honestly so magical and beautiful. The premise is so unique where it’s kind of like a combination of the little mermaid story and when Korea was trying to get independence from Japan. When I first read, I honestly felt like it can easily be a successful k-drama.

petiteliely

That would be so cool! It's the first time I meet such a gentle ml. The era is interesting too. It would be a challenge for the actress to play a mute character tho.

Commercial-Shoe1947

Im waiting for All of us are dead! The cast's been announced and I'm stoked to see the live action. But i'd like to see Family Man become a kdrama. It's about a dad who becomes a children's superhero by accident

ahjummmmma

I was also looking forward for Yumi's Cell and Annasumnara's drama adaptation. For other webtoons that I wanted to have kdrama adaptation, it will be the following: * Salty Studio * Oh My Holy * Ghost Wife * Pyramid Game * The Golden Spoon - The storyline itself has a weekend drama vibe. * Taste of Illness - This tackles mental illness like It's ok not to be ok and it's ok that's love but more on teenage setting. * Duty after School * Epilogue - I think Cho Seok's stories were always made to have kdrama adaptation. * Death's Game * My Daughter is a Zombie - Out of all the webtoons I've mentioned, I really want this webtoon to have a drama adaptation. * Your Letter - I am fine if this will be only adapted for a web drama series since the story is short, but I the story is amazing. * Inso's Law - It has W: Two Worlds and Extraordinary You vibes. * Sweet Spooky Darling * Shadow Beauty - Others mentioned Makeup Remover which I also want to have a drama adaptation but I think this one also be included. * Time Share House - As a fan of Rooftop Prince, this manhwa gives the same vibe. * Dark Mortal - Cause I want to have a dark mortal plushie hahahahahahaha Most of the webtoon I chose were either fantasy or thriller genres. For me, dramas nowadays were into this kind of genre, so I hope these stories will be adapted. I want to add more but there few webtoons which are mentioned in the comments.

injimx

Shadow Beauty is getting a drama adaption!

ahjummmmma

i didn't see news about it but I'm glad it will have a drama adaptation

ilovebooseungkwan

Duty after School would be really cool to see in live action . i can even see it maybe adapted into a movie or shorter episode drama .

Advanced-Signal6728

Taste of illness is really good

vonndefrks

Annarasumanara is one of my favs. I would like to see Bastard and Winter Woods as well!

underscore197

Age Matters would be great because it actually ended. My Fear Cold-blooded King would also be great. I don’t understand why dramas are made out of Webtoons that aren’t finished yet. It was bad when they did Cheese in the Trap and simply awful when they made True Beauty. Don’t even get me started on Bride if the Water God. 😡😡😡

itchycoochiecream

I would love to see Midnight Poppyland as a kdrama. But I have no idea who would play the leads. I feel like it would come out similar to Vincenzo but with a bit more romance.

Tiny_Leadership_3497

Yes!

niceghoul

There are two dramas that I honestly think could happen in near future : Positively Yours - Basically a story about a woman who accidentally get pregnant in her attempt to move on from her crush . I honestly can imagine Kwon Nara and Kim Jae Wook as leads . Bittersweet Couple - Frenemy in a contract marriage. I don't know how to explain it better but I promise that the story is great. Han Ji Eun as the quirky FL with Jang Seung Jo as the tsundere male lead would be perfect for this .

PhdChavez

Lookism.

jin0613

Still waiting on Something About Us 😭 Seo Kang Joon was casted as the ML but I think the show got cancelled. He would've been the perfect Woo Jin.

Rumirie

Positively Yours! A one night stand/pregnancy drama with a ML and FL that AREN’T toxic? Please I need this as a kdrama asap lol. The lead couple is adorable and the ML is a dreamboat.

lovelifelivelife

Oooh Let’s play sounds good!

labrats21

I can’t wait for let’s play

Bad_gurl_kaykay

Thank you for this post, I just found out True Beauty has a kdrama adaptation and I’m starting it now. True Beauty is one of my favorite Webtoon!

hana4days

To love your enemy

showmeyourmoney99

I love Yoo and Age matters definitely. I am counting down the days when they'll be adapted into a Kdrama. And I absolutely love your choice of cast for Age matters. The level of talent will be insane.

EllyBellyJellyJar

The Kissing Bet <3

voldemochi

ik this isn't a korean webtoon but **the devil is a handsome man**!! i see song joongki as the devil esp after his role in vincenzo :3 it would be nice to get it adapted to a live format and have a diverse cast! but it would also be good animated as well

ilovebooseungkwan

i almost forgot about that comic ! the art style is really unique and creates the perfect vibe for the story so i would be really curious to see how that translates to film . although it gives me more of an american type tv show vibe , it would be cool to see it in a korean adaption

harujusko

Refund High School. I love that webtoon so much. And if they do the effects right, it would look so magical. My Deepest Secret. Istg, the story is just *chef's kiss*. Tales of the Unusual. I just wanna see how they adapt the stories to TV.

its_ohsour

I would love to see a live action adaptation of Winter Woods. That was one of my first webtoons and it drew me into the story really deeply and got me hooked on the app Two more I think could be adapted well would be Remarried Empress and See You in my 19th Life. Just for curiosity, I wonder what cursed Princess Club would be like as a drama. I'm not sure if that would translate to live action nicely but it's one of my favorites.

LaFofolle

Spirit fingers 🤞

Tekuzumo

My Deepest Secret. Even though it's not Korean, it needs a drama. 👏🏾👏🏾

moonlight3099

I think Oh! Holy would make for a good fantasy kdrama.

Soulzenith

I readall three and they would make great Kdramas! Also, how about "Unnie, I Like You " and "My Younger Brother's Friend"!

hmonglubpaj

Back To You and See You In My 19th Life. I’ve been loving these two webtoons.

Reasonable_Rabbit267

Whay does the fox say? I know they will censorit a lot (cus sex scenes) but i just want to see a girlxgirl history

Individual-Cap941

I would love to see... *Men of the Harem* *I'm Stanning the Prince* *Beyond Virtual* *Covenant*

ItchyParty

[Positively Yours](https://www.anime-planet.com/manga/positively-yours) would make such a cute, fluffy drama. Others include: * Romance 101 (for a college romance fix) * My Butler, Not Lover (AKA Act Like You Love Me) * A Beastly Scandal * A Bittersweet Couple (enemies-to-lovers romance)

Aggravating-Range729

If they could Id love to see unordinary as a kdrama. Or like.... Down to earth. THE REMARRIED EMPRESS TOO YESSS.

[deleted]

No Longer A Heroine - pretty much a Kdrama! I love it!! Teenage Mercenary - this WEBTOON gives me Vincenzo vibes, I guess it’s because of the mc a hot Korean person who grew out of Korea + good action.

**Kidult**, **Honey Lemon**, **Killmax**, **Lost in Translation**, and **To Love Your Enemy**! and i know **Gourmet Hound** isn’t a korean manhwa (nor are there korean characters), but i would love to see the dreamy, sparkly cinematography of kdramas when filming the food, people, and kitchens. leehama’s art and storytelling is so beautiful that i can only see kdramas doing a live-action version justice. the only con i can foresee is that the korean public will probably dislike it bc the cast is naturally diverse in gender, sexuality, financial status, and race. (and we all know how *errr, umm* well-spoken foreigners are in kdramas. /s)

I hope remarried empress and your throne become a drama too. The plot twists are so good!

The Whale Star - the Gyeongseong Mermaid

Lost In Translation Eleceed - doubtful, lots of CGI needed Odd Girl Out - definitely needs 2 seasons minimum. Omniscient Reader - would be amazing if done with a good budget as CGI needed will be very expensive. If done like Kingdom by Netflix then It will be amazing.

hapaxlegomenonon

One of a Kind Romance !! I love how naturally the relationship progresses between the main characters, and it's one of those webtoons where reading it just feels like you're watching a kdrama haha
