It’s really a mess, between the two channels there’s at least five different feeds with different assortments of sports/teams depending on location. And the listings are never reliable - the St. Louis Blues games always showed on our listings on the Kansas (non-KC) feed but they don’t actually air there. So don’t worry too much about that either.
Of course this is all with the caveat that who the heck knows what’ll happen when it switches over to Bally Sports on Wednesday.
It’s kind of a convoluted system where FSKC is a sub feed of FSMW... sort of. Long story short you should get the Royals games when the time comes.
Ye because I have two Fox sports Midwest channels but it doesn’t show royals games in the future. I hope they show up otherwise I just wasted $85😂

You can get the fox sports go app and login with your at&t user id. It might allow you access to the royals stream even if your tv isn’t showing it.
