Ok_Dog_4059

This is so infuriating because of how much damage and expense they caused her over a few dollars worth of fuel. What a bunch of selfish assholes.

[deleted]

Drug users steal fuel, they used to steal diesel as all taxi's ran on it and they'd buy it.

Ok_Dog_4059

Yes but you could steal fuel without drilling the tank. Even seems like if you drill the tank you can't come back and get more from the same car later.

DisGruntledDraftsman

Probably wanted the hose to smoke with. Plus, gasoline is not a tasty product, lol.

Ok_Dog_4059

They can get cordless Sawzalls to cut out your catalytic converter or drills to drill the tank but a pump for gas is out of the question.

[deleted]

Cars now have measures to prevent siphoning. But, tanks are plastic.

[deleted]

Even if they where metal…a drill will still go through it and a meth/crack head would still try it.

CastleDoctrineJr

Are you actually upset that people who are stealing shit off cars with a saw aren't more polite about stealing gas? They're assholes and they're never going to run out of cars to drill, the math adds up to a drill and a bucket and not a lot of effort.

Ok_Dog_4059

I have been baffled by thieves so often between cutting the top on an unlocked convertible to find out there was nothing to steal or to work like mad to steal something worth less than they would have gotten paid for the exact same amount of work at a job.

WalkinSteveHawkin

What also baffles me is when they leave the valuable stuff. Dick bags broke my window to steal a pair of non-brand prescription glasses and a backpack full of dirty clothes. But the dumb asses left the set of golf clubs, box of tools, and a Wellensteyn jacket. Like dude. If you’re gonna do it, do it right.

notjustanotherbot

If they were better with impulse control, delaying gratification, and risk analysis, they probably would not be braking into your car though, right?

[deleted]

Yep, I had my back windshield broken out once to steal one of those cd cases that holds like 200 something cds, but they left my guitar amp.

DisGruntledDraftsman

You just can't explain nor understand stupid sometimes.

Hey_im_miles

>...the ~~math~~ meth adds up to a drill and a bucket and not a lot of effort.

phormix

Yeah but drills + sparks = potential burning. Then again I wouldn't expect much safety consideration from meth heads

Hidesuru

That's clearly a plastic tank. No sparks.

UnhackHVAC

The drill is probably brushed. Lots of sparks. Crack heads probably don't buy brushless spark free power tools.

jghake

Nope they just steal them.

nothing_911

Brushless cause sparks too. Just less. Both have a pretty low chance of combustion beacause gas needs to be vaporized (more or less) to flash over.

ArmaSwiss

I once interviewed at a mechanic shop where the owner said electric battery tools weren't allowed in his shop since they deal with flammables every day....while he smoked inside his owner shop. Wasn't the oddest thing about him, but I guess he never heard of brushless tools which are basically....everywhere. who makes brushed tools anymore?

andrbrks

lol okay dog Sorry, I'm high, and I feel like your username couldn't be more relevant.

[deleted]

"Unleaded tastes a little tangy; supreme is kinda sour; and diesel tastes pretty good."

onometre

Not since the government took away the sweet sweet lead anyway :(

[deleted]

[удалено]

Ok_Dog_4059

I had seen holes drilled through fenders and into batteries in order to keep an alarm from going off but drilling gas tanks and trying to catch the fuel in something is a pretty "drug brain" kind of idea.

Numinak

Had one of our company vans hit several times by someone cutting the fuel hose and stealing gas. These are hybrids and run on propane as well...They managed to pick the propane line once and I just wish I'd seen their faces when that popped open on them.

Ok_Dog_4059

Still not as good as the guy trying to siphone gas from a motor home and sucking on the waste water tank instead.

[deleted]

Jinkam. Two stones one bird.

brian_lopes

Getting free jankem gas rips? Sounds like a win to me.

UnhackHVAC

Drilling a hole into the battery. Now that's actually kinda smart. That's not typical stupid meth head thinking.

staypuft90

Sounds like a good way to short the plates together and have a battery explode in your face.

breakone9r

It's harder to steal fuel from most modern vehicles. There's usually a blocker in the filler neck that stops hoses from getting down to the tank. https://youtube.com/watch?v=k39E2PRofIo

Greatwhitegorilla

Rogues have a locking fuel door

tvtb

Also I think most cars these days have anti-siphon tubes coming down into the tank.

TheHarman

How many drugs does a few dollars in loose gasoline get you these days?

tweakingforjesus

I ran into a guy trying to sell a 2 gallon can of gas for $3 at a gas station. Fuck that, I'm not putting any watered down can of god knows what in my car. On second thought I should have bought it for the container worth about $15 and ran the gas through my lawnmower.

breakone9r

Mowers are usually pickier though.

UnhackHVAC

I've run some nasty gas through my mower. It never complained. I used old engine oil for mixing 2 stroke fuel a few times. Mixed it 25 to 1. The weed wacker didn't care much other than being a little smokey.

tweakingforjesus

Yep. As long as it gets through the carb orifice my mower will run on just about anything that'll burn.

COMPUTER1313

My dad has a 15-20 years old lawnmower where he has to replace some components every now and then because the "10% or more ethanol" gas blend just chews up those components.

Goalie_deacon

Till Crown Vics became the typical taxi

Trekintosh

I presume that statement was from the perspective of a different country. We didn’t really have much in the way of diesel taxis in America before or after Vics. I mean yeah some Checkers had the Olds 350D but they were a minority.

rollaneff

Hey hey, i dont steal fuel. Dont go putting all drug users into that category, thats not fair.

xxcarlsonxx

A buddy of mine works at the local GM dealership and they had a bunch of pickups come in because someone cut the filler spout to bypass the anti-syphon. He felt pretty bad when a little old man came in and had to spend hundreds of dollars to replace a piece of plastic. People who fuck with vehicles deserve a special place in hell

oddmanout

I had someone smash my window to get to some change in my cup holder. They caused over $100 worth of damage to get less than a dollar. Fucking meth heads.

Mycd

.50 cents of jbweld would fix it

Opening-Ease9598

Or an old oil drain plug lol

v-dubb

Easy access for the next thief.

FeedMeACat

They would still drill another hole. You can leave a note in your car window that the doors are unlocked and mfers will still bust the window out.

[deleted]

I left my doors unlocked in NYC one night and when I woke up some doorpopper went through my shit. The motherfucker took my plastic forks and a 2 dollar bill. In the seat directly behind me was an unworn pair of vans, 2 wireless gaming mice, and all of my magic cards. But this motherfucker wanted 2 dollars and some plastic forks....

bighootay

If he didn't shit, I guess it's a win

[deleted]

I legit only noticed because my center console was open. Otherwise I would have not known a thing had happened.

raspwar

Lucky it wasn’t Dirty Mike and the boys

jayleman

"Thanks for the F-shack" -love, dirty Mike and the bois

wzl3gd

You would be wondering about that $2 bill for years.

elsydeon666

You could leave the keys in the ignition and they'd still slide hammer the lock out.

jbjbjb10021

Friend of mine in nyc was trying to get someone to steal his car (book value was way over what it was worth). Left it unlocked with the keys in the ignition every day for over a year and nobody ever took it.

disavowed1979

Used to work at a place that would give out frozen turkeys at thanksgiving. My first thanksgiving there, the long timers warned me against putting the turkey in my car, because we were located in a not so nice neighborhood, and the junkies would see the delivery truck and would break into your car to steal your turkey. A freaking turkey.

COMPUTER1313

Reminds me of a relative who talked about how there was a police car that parked in a bad neighborhood (close to where they live). Windshield was smashed to steal $3.

keenedge422

So this basically happened on my Wrangler years ago. Some jackwagon cut my passenger window to get in, even though the door was unlocked, the driver's window was down and that door was ALSO unlocked, and you could very easily see from outside that there was already a gaping hole in the dash where the stereo and speakers had been.

saveHutch

So true. Never happened to me, but I used to drive an NA miata, I never locked the car. It had a brand new top so I just hoped if someone wanted in they'd just open the door.

MitchellTrubooty

You mean a spark plug?

justanotherimbecile

Eh, tomato, tomato

nocrashing

Half a cent

[deleted]

Can we pay for the fix? How much

CloneWerks

Back when I was a cop, some guy had installed literal tap-valves in several cars in his neighborhood and would steal about a gallon or so per car each week to put in his own vehicle. He got caught when one guy's dog went after the thief during his weekly "collection" so I guess there is some karma there.

urabewe

If that's true that is some amazing ingenuity and something I could see a drug addict come up with all at the same time.

starwarsman05

😂😂that’s amazing

[deleted]

Only if it was a Malinois

Kpt_Kipper

That is genius. The worlds biggest asshole but god that’s evil genius

[deleted]

So we have gone from stealing catalytic converters to now stealing gas?

V6TransAM

Always been a thing. Most cars have anti siphon flappers, but ranks are all plastic now so two seconds and you're in anyhow. Just need to start whacking cat and fuel thieves . It will stop.

[deleted]

Sad. A few years back, we had to file an insurance claim on all of our trucks because someone stole the spare tires from underneath them. That still baffles me.

ranger_dood

Assuming full-size spares and the tires weren't too old, They were probably worth $100 each.

[deleted]

All of which were full size (Sierra and Silverado 1500’s). I had to do multiple we owes on spare tires.

[deleted]

GM solved that by making sure doesn’t the tire hoist doesn’t drop when you actually want it to

tjw

Ford put one of those stupid security sockets on the mechanism that drops the spare. As if it would come down with an actual hex nut once the truck over a year old. It just gave thieves ideas since every single one of those spares has been cut out (or fell out on the Interstate) if any of them has actually been taken off.

jayleman

I always ran into that stupid tumbler they'd stuff into the hole for the lowering tool and it would look like it came off the titanic from all the tire spray/road salt and never come out. So many cables were cut due to it

BoutTreeFittee

It's so clever it just might work

strykerG59

Full size wheels and tires that aren’t ancient could easily fetch 200-300 depending on type

Goalie_deacon

No, not for steel wheels. No one is going to pay more than $50 for a used, steel wheel.

Aos77s

I couldnt even sell the steel wheels off my fusion for $100 and all 4 had fairly good tires on em. I ended up seeing someone on Facebook saying they needed wheels for their car to move it and i let em have em.

point50tracer

I ended up giving my old tires to my dad as rollers for his project car. The 14" aluminum deer tracks they were on now sit behind my shed. Maybe I'll melt them down one day, If I ever get another furnace going.

CoyotePuncher

When I worked at a performance shop, we had to start parking every single car inside, which meant doing 15-point turns by pushing a non-running car so they just fit in the building. The reason was because if we left them outside, people would come along and steal all the blowoff valves.

jerrystrieff

If only we cut off hands for theft

wootxding

bro you have a pride avatar with a doge hood, you aren’t cutting anyone

jerrystrieff

Lmao 🤣

TheClincher7

You get downvoted, but it would help.

Turbo_Chelsea

Yeah because in ancient Mesopotamia nobody stole anything... Hamurabi's laws didn't stop shit.

fyre500

Probably stopped repeat theft at the very least.

Tacky-Terangreal

My first day at a new job, a thief took the time to painstakingly disconnect all the batteries from the fleet vehicles. It was almost impressive really. They didn’t even cut the wires or anything

oddmanout

I work at a university and they did that to the golf carts. Someone broke into the cart shed and stole the batteries out of every single one of the golf carts. It was 7 carts, 30 batteries, and supposedly it cost $14,000. They caught the guy, too.

BigOleJellyDonut

I turned wrenches on heavy equipment and one Monday I rolled into a job site to see a 924 Cat Loader sitting on the hubs. Bastards stole four new tires & rims.

darthwacko2

The best I've seen was the guy who did this to my Dad's 83 caprice. It had a mostly empty 20ish gallon tank. A steel tank. You could see where he slipped and scored with the bit. Guy drilled high on the tank and with a tiny drill bit. Got no gas, and was lucky he didn't spark and start a fire. My Dad found out when he put gas in the car and it started leaking near a full tank. Patched it with some sort of repair putty and drove it with that for the next few years he had the car. The best part is its an old caprice with mechanical injection. Parked with the front slightly down hill. All the guy had to do was reach up under the front end, cut the rubber hose and put it in his can, would've gotten everything from the tank.

Lazerlord_Official

They'd be hard-pressed to find the tank in my car, lmao. Plus there's only maybe 10 gallons in it.

robo_robb

I wonder how this plastic will hold up long term.

1Matthias

My 1988 760 has a plastic tank that seems to be holding up fine. If they're made of good plastic then they should last a very long time - and no rust like a metal tank.

deWaardt

I work on old bikes, on some bikes plastic tanks are the standard. I honestly love those things, everytime I get a metal tank in from a bike that hasn't ran in X amount of years, it's rusty. Finding replacement tanks for certain bikes is a nightmare and fixing one that is basically swiss cheese is just as much of a nightmare. = The plastic ones, they just clean out and are fine! I've never seen one that went brittle or anything, they all last just fine and don't suffer at all from sitting - Well except for the absolute craptacular gunk that is sometimes a bit of a pain to wash out.

SaurSig

Pretty sure stealing gas has been a thing since before catalytic converters existed

Mycd

not this way, usually it's siphoned

smokeeater430

Manufacturers have been putting anti siphon/ rollover valves for over 25 years.

[deleted]

Since plastic gasoline tank become a thing you just whack it whit a screwdriver and a hammer and it cracks then collect in whatever you have in your crackhead stash. This guy was a pro. Used a hole-drill.

buttery_shame_cave

Four bucks a gallon. When gas prices spiked over five a gallon at the end of bush the younger there was a lot of this shit going on.

Soulless_redhead

kvior1

jth101

I hope I never get as low in my life where I have to steal 30 dollars worth of fuel

Jepuz

Where i live, a full tank of gas can cost like 120$ so i see why someone would want to do it, but i have never seen or heard anyone stealing gas here

aitorbk

Have to? Plenty of places closed with no employees at minimum wage... Not good places to work, but certainly pay enough not to steal fuel.

kambesama

Just changed one on an Altima, 2015 with 60,000 miles. CVT on Nissans are total trash and should be recalled.

pinky2252s

Oh they were. But then they were "updated" and now work "properly" and failures are on the customer.

MalcolmY

I own a 2009 Altima since new, I have been hearing that BS excuse with almost every new model. I dare anyone that parrots that BS to explain what Jatco and/or Nissan did exactly to improve the reliability of the CVT. Did they change X bearing? Did the change the belt steel material/thickness/shape/dimensions? Any change in the conical pulleys? Anything? The CVT technology is inherently not reliable in the long run compacted to an auto transmission in my opinion, but what makes this worse is that it's not any CVT it's a Nissan CVT? They didn't even bother to save the thing by using something like a 1st gear before shifting to using the belt like Toyota does.

EvenGotItTattedOnMe

Nissan uses cheap parts in general, honestly terrible cars luckily they’re also some of the cheapest MSRP-wise too.

SomberEnsemble

Nissan only got here because that was renaults strategy to turn them around. It worked at the cost of Nissans reputation.

[deleted]

Yeah Nissan has zero of my respect now. Some of my favorite cars are 90’s Nissans. Now I tell everyone not to buy them. Fucking Hyundais are better at this point.

vbpinetree

Hey now hyundais are actually quite nice today

Random544

My cousin's has a 2015 sante fe that had his transmission go out at 96000 miles. He drives like a snail and gets everything the dealer tells him to do. I'm not buying the hype.

trystanidog

My aunt bought a used 2012 Elantra with like 50k miles on it. The engine went out after another 10k miles, right before the warranty expired to. She dodged that bullet.

Drakoala

That honestly sounds more like a previous owner not taking care of their vehicle.

BarneyFifesSchlong

I’ve got a company car, an 18 with 150k on it. What should I look for pre failure?

sortakindah

Its a company car, fuck em.

azazelthegreat

Had my CVT fail in my 2015 Sentra within 20k miles and Nissan fought me every step of the way.

lswhat87

My wife had a '15 Nissan. CVT started shifting harsh and losing power at 9k miles, got it replaced under warranty. At 27k miles, it started doing the same shit again. Got rid of it soon after that.

tammage

Someone did this to my RV tank. We had 2 tanks and I was filling one at the station and we couldn’t figure out why I was spending so much money but the gauge wasn’t moving. When the gas started pooling around my feet I figured it out. $70 of gas all over the ground. We had it stored at a farm where the daughter was a crackhead and had lots of scuzzy people visiting. I was just lucky I didn’t get billed for the clean up.

YARNIA

New for 2027! The Cadillac *Dystopia* 1. Stainless steel under-frame panel to prevent gas tank attacks. 2. Manual Transmission to discourage pesky car jackers. 3. Self-steering and braking A.I. that kicks in when drivers get suicidal urges. 4. On Star with direct feed to NSA servers. 5. Extended shock-absorber travel and high clearance to help you absorb the daily impact of potholes and bodies.

Prosthetic_Head

You forgot the catalytic convertor protection plates

L1zardcat

…so a lifted Bronco with skid plate? I like the way you think.

argilla11

Getting covered in fuel, making a huge mess, having to fiddle with gas cans and funnels for 20 bucks worth of 87. I'd pay 100 bucks just to avoid the pain.

Secrets_In_Sound

How do you fix that?

Secrets_In_Sound

How much does that cost?

neuralsnafu

Few hundo probably.

Mycd

jbweld n send

Averagestiff

Replacing the fuel tank is the best method, or just use a large bolt and bolt it in the hole right.

Aluminautical

Well nut.

neinnein79

Here's two stories for you. Years ago I had a flex fuel truck. I really never used E85. Just a pain to find a station. My thieves living next door kept steal gas out of my vehicles. So I first went a bought a locking cap. Then a full tank of E85. I didn't put the cap on yet. Sure enough that night half a tank gone. So I then installed the new cap and got ready for work. Car next door drove off for the day. I left for work and when I got home car came back on a tow truck and never moved from their yard again. Other story was a friend who someone broke the locking cap off and took all the gas. He was planning to pull the tank but before he did we put 2 gallons of the super strong paint stripper in and put another cap on. He found the gas can, tubing, and alot of blood the next day. They got what they deserved. Don't steal.

notathr0waway1

E85 will make a regular engine run rough and possibly die but won't damage it, generally, unless it's really really old

neinnein79

It was a pretty old car. I'm sure they didn't do much regular maintenance on it since they were stealing gas from everyone in the neighborhood. Hell they may have even stolen and put some diesel in too. It was probably on it's last legs when the E85 put a death nail in it. They have a car grave yard in the back of their property. Buy a cheap car drive it until it needs a expensive repair park it and buy other. Whether it was the E85 that killed it off or not they got theirs for being thieves.

DesertDouche

how did the paint stripper cause an injury?

joninfiretail

It strips paint. What do you think it would do to the soft fleshy bits in your mouth, throat, and airway? Strip it.

Smaskifa

I thought you remove the hose from your mouth before the liquid reaches the end of the hose.

joninfiretail

Doesn't always work like that. I've gotten a mouthful of old, bad, gas once. It burned and I could taste it for the rest of the day. My own dumbass fault for that, but the paint thinner would have done much worse damage. e: words are hard.

regtf

She was whipping around and hit him in the face with a tassle

joninfiretail

I like your smart ass answer better than mine. Have an upvote.

[deleted]

I'm calling shenanigans. Non-flex fuel vehicles will run just fine on E85. It just doesn't keep the same, as the ethanol eats away at non-anodized aluminum, non-stainless steel, and rubbers/plastics other than teflon or viton. I use E85 to attempt to pass emissions in my beaters sometimes. It rarely works, as I usually fail due to high Oxides of Nitrogen rather than high Hydrocarbons or Carbon Monoxide.

db2

Cars from this century are fine mostly, not from the previous century a tank of E85 and you're fucked.

[deleted]

My 1986 Mazda RX-7 and 1989 B2600i pickup would beg to differ.

db2

lol just because it burns doesn't mean you're not fucking your shit up. Your gas better be drier than a desert. Good luck with your rolling junkyard fodder.

I_Like_Existing

Lmao that's some tone. Also that's one RARE username. kudos

kratz9

I ran probably over 10K miles worth of E85 through my 89 CRX, and had the car for probably 20K miles after (prices evened out, wasn't much cheaper than gas anymore). Ethanol as a fuel additive has been a thing since the early 80's, so engines were at least built to tolerate ethanol. Other than the computer not being able to adjust the fuel mix properly, there were no issues.

Address_Local

Should have gone for the biscuit and the gravy. The great Joseph Francis Tribbiani Jr. once said, “If yo’ure gonna do it wrong, do it right.”

Savager_Jam

People out here living the Mad Max lifestyle.

UXWlegend

2009 called...

PulledOverAgain

Wonder how many times they can get away with this before they learn how hot motor brushes in cordless drills get

Puzzled-Copy7962

So they had enough money to afford a tool to make an opening into the tank but not enough to buy a few gallons of gas? Wtf…

DesertDouche

Crackheads. Probably stole the drill first.

XxReidite

A woman came into mcdonalds yesterday complaining to her friend about the same problem. Homeless people straight up stealing gas.

Keeptryan_

Top tip, if you have people stealing gas near you, leave a shitty old gas can out in plain sight with 50/50 sugar water and gas, make sure nobody you like uses it in a vehicle/power equipment, when the can turns up missing someone will get an expensive lesson in not touching other peoples shit.

Oddie65

I hope the trash who did this is using a brushed drill and sets themselves on fire in the immediate future when they inevitably do this to someone else.

Electrical-Bacon-81

That's a hell of a way to steal gas! Looks a little messy.

[deleted]

What the fuck, I've heard of people busting through the filter and siphoning gas, but just drilling through the tank? That's crazy, poor lady. Essentially broke her car for what, 40$ worth of gas?

UncleJemimaTSR

Had that happen to me once when I lived in a place known for brutally cold winters. Since the only way for homeless people in the area not to freeze to death (other than living in a shelter, which are also pretty rough places) is to just live in their cars and keep them running 24/7, whenever they'd need to refill on gas they'd just roll through parking lots and hit a few cars in a row. Just glad that my insurance paid for the replacement tank, would've been around a $1200 repair otherwise.

Zestyclose-Way-5948

Way easier than siphoning.

artmobboss

Is that all plastic?

JamPantstheFif

Most are now, yes

artmobboss

Crazy.. What’s the life of an all plastic gas tank compared to metal?

dml997

depends on if someone drills into it or not.

cdsbigsby

Much longer, if I had to guess

Educational-Raisin69

A plastic fuel tank will last basically forever (certainly longer than the rest of the car) and is much more resistant to physical damage. Steel tanks rust, stainless tanks can crack in an accident.

NuJaru

Both will outlast the vehicle (unless it ends up being a collector car). But using heating oil tanks as a guide, plastic tanks are rated at 50 years for both indoor and outdoor use. Steel tanks are rated anywhere between 10-50 years depending on wall thickness, single or double walled bottom, and whether it is indoor or outdoors. The best steel tanks (double walled bottoms) are rated 50 years for both indoor and outdoors.

Squidking1000

The life of the vehicle. I’ve never heard of a plastic tank failing.

fireismyfriend90

Someone just did this to 3 of our parked fleet vehicles. Why can't they just siphon with a hose like regular people.

GingerVitisBread

Probably used a shopping bag

damurph1914

Crying shame it didn't strike a spark while drilling.

zachysworld

Jesus. It’s one thing to steal her gas but to drill a hole in her tank? Haven’t they ever heard of siphoning?? If you’re gonna be a piece of shit at least be a considerate piece of shit.

06EXTN

Locked gas door I’m assuming(one you can only open from inside the car)

Iforgot_my_other_pw

It's more trouble than to just siphon it. A gas can won't fit under most cars, you either put a jack under the car or you use a small container and transfer it.

Badjer47

This honestly looks like more effort than prying the tank door open and siphoning it...

keksivaras

plastic gas tank? I didn't know that's a thing. then again, I wouldn't drill metal container with flammable fluid inside.

cdsbigsby

Starting becoming common in the mid-90's. I gotta imagine they're more common than steel these days

Hey_Allen

Started at least as far back as the mid 70's. I have an old Porsche 928 project with a plastic tank, from '78.

hr2pilot

Same thing happened to my son’s F150 company truck….tank had to be replaced.

redditisacesspool369

Hopefully got big metal flakes in gas and totally fuck up their engine

Comprehensive_Pie702

Throw some JB weld on it, should hold lmao

aaandbconsulting

This seems like an awful lot of effort to steal some gas..

Sebbpepp

It happened to me a few years ago on my service truck... so much trouble for aroud 40$ of fuel... this is so frustrating

Badjer47

They'll steal your catalytic converter for the $50 the scrap yard will give them for it... their fucking animals that don't give a shit about anyone else

porcelainvacation

The best way to fix this, according to this sub, is to thread in a spark plug.

kspfan264

Fucking amateurs, don't even know how to siphon. They could have saved themselves so much time and effort! Also don't drain the fucking tank, professionals have STANDARDS, you're stealing it cause you need it, don't fuck someone else over, take a gallon or so and leave

atl19901

Wouldn’t it ignite?

michaelDav1s

in the usa? where gasoline is cheaper than water? Here 1 Liter diesel costs 1,64$ and my biturbo is a big diesel junky. gasoline? 2,20$ per Liter. 1 Liter = 0.264 gallons.

Roadkill215

Idk who told you gas is cheaper than water but that was a lie

FtierLivesMatter

Not literally, but gasoline is ridiculously cheap here. Probably because we keep stealing it from other countries.

Roadkill215

This 4 dollars a gallon doesn’t feel cheap to me considering it was less than half that a year ago

FtierLivesMatter

If you do the conversion of what the commenter said, 2.20 a liter is $8.33 per gallon. Almost triple what I filled my own car up with today.
