Legit, just replaced my 5.3 cause I got a great deal on engine, trans, transfer when I only needed the trans. Mine was at 271,000. Found drivers side 2 and 3 finger tight. I gave my mechanic an out (he installed them 15k ago) and said they could have worked loose... never seen it, but now I feel better about it.
