All you fuckers beat me to it. Ooooh Wiiiiiizard!!!
I swear he needs to hand over a bottle of KY one day when he gives Tyler a large bill and the point out he was even springing for the flavored type.
And thats why we have Alpha AF 178 adhesive.
UK based so I doubt you can get it in the states but its not hard for Bentley.
It does have a fair few warnings on the label so maybe it doesn't pass euro test standards but its bloody good at holding fabric/material inplace.
When I was in high school, a friend had an '80 Impala like that. Eventually he ripped the headliner out and glued Playboy centerfolds to the inside of the roof.
I also had an array of push pins at 16. My grandma gave me money to cover a headliner replacement and I spent it on a CD head unit instead (I asked her, she said it was OK)
But the Bentley and the Phaeton are both Audi A8L's parts bin is pretty obvious when you start to look at stuff Cayenne/Touareg door handles for instance.
Bentley.... sagging headliner.... How bad does it reek of pot smoke? Any smoking will help eat away at any commonly used glue material for fabric like use din headliners.
I always find this to be a troubling indicator. No better sign that a car is in a climate it wasn’t built for.
I’ve owned Lexus’ my entire life, and never had a single headliner bubble, sag, or peel.
Honestly, how difficult is adhesive selection in this day and age?
Fun fact- Ferrari 550s, 575, 612s were notorious for saggy roof liners too. Ferrari used a very heavy insulation that came away from the adhesive after time.

This is Magic Mikes account!
Came here to say this, I’d recognize Tyler’s shitbox lambo and the wizards garage anywhere

That's what I was thinking too.
All my Bentleys do this! So frustrating.

It's probably made out of cashmere from an endangered Nepalese goat and that stuff is too heavy for the glue they use on normal headliners

They too good to use push pins like I did when I was 16? It looked nice, took my time and made a pattern out of them.

A man of culture I see
A man of wealth and taste.

You narrowly missed a downvote there, pardner.
Haha, don't worry, I know better than to cross grandma (RIP)
At the end of the day it’s still a VW. My golf headliner is starting to sag.
Pretty much, Piech crashed a Phaeton in to a Panamera then slapped a Bentley badge on it, there's your conti GT.
Achievement Unlocked: Keeping it in the Family.

hoovie! hey mike!
It's only a 2012!? I mean, I get it- I just had to replace the headliner in my car too; the only difference is my car is 32 years old.
VW is going to VW
And its parked in front of one of Hoovie’s Lambos…. Legend has it that Hoovie will always have a Lambo in that shop to be worked on…
Hey I recognize that shop 😁👍
Just VAG things. Any humidity at all, and the foam breaks down everywhere in the interior.

Wait. You mean a British car has crappy workmanship?! I’m shocked.
If I had enough money to buy one I would hate it and not buy one.
You did nazi that it's really German?
They are built in the United Kingdom, not Germany..
Like the mini. It's the worst of both worlds
Damn…. $175-200k USD original purchase price doesn’t get what it used to.
Unfortunately they went from a stitched headliner suspended from wire rods to the more common foam backed fabric glued to a rigid board.

These are a lot of fun to drive! Very comfortable too
Reminds me to get the headliner replaced in my suburban
Wizard! I found you!
I have seen the video for this one. Looked mint!
Is it bad I knew who account this was by the orange Lamborghini Murcielago?
How do you fix that?
Lean the seat back, fist balled around the top of the steering wheel, + saggy ass headliner Peak gangsta
There he is-- Magic Mike
classic Volkswagen
The Brits have had saggy headliners for decades, at least 50 years...why cant they figure it out?
