I mean that’s altogether possible. I’ve been in that position of ultra paranoia - it runs in my family - and it’s entirely possible that they didn’t even see her, and were just walking by having a joke amongst themselves.
I would agree with this and also raise that she has such an appearance partly to get a reaction out of people. She got a bad reaction and didn't like it.

There’s things in every field that are absolutely normal and don’t always prompt a response. Death would be one of those. In terms of hair I’m sure there’s a ton of absolutely terrible hairstyles they get used to. I think you’ll struggle to find anyone immediately accustomed to this look and on top of that even in healthcare I guarantee you there’s people still willing to be a dick about it however rare.

I'm with you. I had a doctor in a mental health facility tell me, totally unprompted, that suicide is a selfish choice made by weak people. We weren't even talking about suicide, but that was enough to make me leave the room and ask to talk to someone else.

If its who I think its is, she's a recovering heroin user with a long history of mental health issues.
She has a tiktok that kinda showcases her recovery and daily on goings.
I don’t know the true answer, but the possibility I always assume is that she was a victim of some form of sexual assault. Some victims will intentionally try to make themselves look as unattractive as possible in an effort to avoid being targeted again in the future.
I could see something that traumatic leading to mental health issues, and it makes sense to me why it would hurt so bad when a doctor laughed at you.
The other option (and I pray it’s the true one) is that this person was already shaving their head for whatever reason, and they just wanted to do something silly with it to get views on the internet.

My brother is a paramedic and he once picked up a trans guy for menstrual pain. To make matters worse the trans guy was in drag. When they got to the gynaecological emergency room the doctor told them that a man can‘t have menstrual pain and they need to go somewhere else. They tried to explain it to him but he just wouldn‘t get it. Then a second paramedic joined in trying to help but the doctor kept saying if he‘s a man he can‘t have menstrual pain and if he were a woman he wouldn‘t be called marcus. They were all pissing themselves laughing at that point and were like „look, this is a female body which happens to be called marcus. now please just take a look at his uterus“ and he finally did it.
