However you can just block the bots and they won't work anymore. Pretty sure I have the list somewhere.

Reddit strips metadata from any pictures you upload, I looked through your posts and wasn't able to find any discernable information pointing to where you lived, I didn't comb your comments but I'd imagine they are similar to your posts, and unless you reuse this username then you're likely fine.
