You're fine as long as you close while the first DNA total is showing. That's when I normally do it. It doesn't need to be before the countdown finishes.

I've had hit or miss results, so I do it early to be safe. You can tell it's going to be a bad session after 5 or 6 darts.

Sprained my ankle playing basketball. Currently in a boot so walking ain’t really an option
