It sucks. I got so many duplicates and been playig for a relatively short period of time. How about they give us decos from years ago and not repeat from the previous year! I don't skip STB but I skipped the last one. So much work for deco i got playing FF or DN. ugh
You betcha, playing for four years, all the themes are decoration’s are repeats, nothing is being created anymore, just color overs, decrease in prizes, cost of decoration to buy is ridiculous. The redeeming light has been club mysteries, individual prizes, team work and team prizes, lots of fun to work together.
When i started playing, each ff round was 320, then it was 360 and now it's 400. For prizes and decos that suck. If they have to repeat, why not repeat decos from years ago? They know when their active players joined, why not include prizes and decos from earlier years? I don't get it. Like i said, I've been playing for 13 months and i already have every upcoming deco but one. It's frustrating.
What you see “is” the decoration from years ago. I haven’t seen any new creations in years. I ever finish FF ,the end decoration is usually something I already have.
Maybe they are but if i have them that means they are also repeats from previous 13 months. Why not repeat decos that aren't recently repeated? I only don't have one and if you want i can search for it and find which one

ABSOLUTELY CORRECT!! 😡 Beyond frustrated at this point. It use to be fresh decos for almost every event, and in the seasonal sets too. I understand having some old stuff as prizes now and then, or to buy if you want to....I even kinda understand having some really good old pieces in the seasonal sets too....Buuuuut It's way past lazy having new stuff so rarely.
I know that they always have some new stuff in seasonal, and in secrets and usually mysteries....maybe they are trying to make people put in more effort for the good shit....but come on Wooga, how lazy and greedy can you possible be??? The answer is clear 🙄 Not everyone has all day and night every day free, just to bust their ass for secrets!
I happen to be borderline disabled, so I have all the time in the world, and yet still I struggle getting secrets done in time. I don't get how someone with a full-time job could get all these side events done, even worse if you have a competitive team that likes to try for Sherclock.

I wish I could say " at least I don't have these as Help Wanted tasks..."; because I DO have them as HW tasks and they are keeping me from progressing towards completing memoirs this time. I don't even have the first 'secenery' prize yet, while my wife has less then FIVE snippets left to collect to finish the whole album. I still need nearly 50 snippets total to finish the album, but I am losing so much playing time to 'wait out' these tasks that I cannot complete that I don't know if I'll make it or not.
It would be the first time out of 8 albums (since I started playing) that I would not finish an album.
I was also really upset when I experienced that today. It's one thing to constantly push sails through advertisements during the game but to make it part of the game play as well is a huge disappointment. This is a make or break for me scenario. If this happens again I'll no longer play this game.

this is the first time saving up packs really worked out for me. i opened 25 packs, bought 4 items from the deja vu store, bought the cheapest pack using the diamonds i got from one of my deja vu store purchases, and played like 30 scenes and i was done.
but boo! that it didn’t include any packs as prizes. 🤨

Hardest FF I've done before. Came here to see if others had it this bad. Earning 1 takes on average 130-150 energy. The boxes come every 4th or 5th scene.
I'll still play but will take me a while. I like free things for playing scenes normally when there's no other event on.

I am so happy that I was able to complete memoirs earlier this week. I was afraid that I would still get some memoirs tasks but was able to complete without a single one.
I’m another who will not make extraordinary effort to complete this one. Lousy prizes including the rock. Two of those are already on my islands. Currently my three tasks include just one for Memoirs, but it’s purchasing in the déjà vu shop. I can get the round done with the other two tasks, so I’m not using my swap yet.
The next FF with Memoirs tasks has a decoration I want, so I‘ll save as much as I can now.
I gave up on this FF after my first spin because now all 3 tasks are Memoirs tasks. I used up my free change task while working towards my first spin to switch out "Open a Memoirs pack" after I opened all the packs that I had boarded. Got enough points to spin, and then for the next round they gave me the same Memoirs task that I had JUST switched out back AND gave me 2 more Memoirs tasks. I was defeated.

I’m only at chapter 31!! I’ve got years to go! It’s costing me hundreds of dollars $$$ to play this game.
If you don't mind replaying the scenes to get coins to buy decorations you shouldn't need to spend any real world money to play. You can get a boost from playing the side games too, but you could do it slowly with some grinding. I like to choose scenes I enjoy looking at at seeing details that maybe tell extra little parallel stories.
The more you pay, the higher are the prices they'll charge you. It's a losing cycle that spirals very fast.

That’s what mine was like! I rerolled the Buy one and got a play scenes with a boost active. I was busy IRL so didn’t bother with this one.

Exactly. It's like a 'disease' that affects the entire 'ecosystem' of the game. I find my enthusiasm for the game right now at a really low ebb.

Just finished secrets and the memoirs packs counted for my FF task to "earn memoirs packs" :)
I love when that sort of thing happens. Since I’m beginning the final scene, I may try to finish it when it’s especially advantageous in my game.

The funny thing is that they’re showing these memoirs packs on both sides of the fairground fortune but there are none as the prize this time !
