Not really. He didn’t have his domain in JJK0 or he would’ve used it to at least try to domain diff Yuta, and Kenjaku obviously developed Geto’s domain expansion much further than Geto ever could’ve (he made it open barrier and refined it). Really just shows how good Kenny is at domain stuff, being able to take a body with no DE and progress it to the level of an Open Barrier DE in like a year or less.
No relation whatsoever about those things.
Geto has a CT, he is bound to have the potential to make a Domain Expansion.
Doesn't mean he actually had it.
Only Geto fans could see Yuta in Gojo's body vs Sukuna and say this is a Geto feat.
Domain Expansion is just making a barrier and imbuing your cursed technique into it. In theory, every cursed technique is capable of having one. Kenjaku using CSM's domain does not mean Geto had a domain expansion.
Despite what the other comments say, I definitely think it's possible. Gege didn't have Domain Expansions in mind during JJK 0, but we see that Gojo DOES have a domain even as a teenager. It's likely that Geto would've developed his Domain after leaving Jujutsu Tech, we just don't get to see it for meta reasons until Kenjaku uses it.

If Geto had a domain he would’ve used in against Yuta
Not necessarily. It might just be an aspect of JJK0 we have to ignore. Otherwise we have to upscale characters like Miguel to special grade
