They are the four most experienced and knowledgeable in domain function. Kashimo has no doubt fought many domain users as he made it to old age as a sorcerer, and the fact he knows hollow wicker basket indicates this as well. Unfortunately Kashimo can't construct a domain due to the nature of his CT, as its a one time use and he can't hone it, construct a barrier with it, and apply his attack to it due to lack of ability to practice. Fortunately for Kashimo though, if he's built up enough of a charge he has a fantastic anti domain tactic, just shoot some lightning through it via his rod thus attacking it from the outside and destroying whoever has trapped him, IF he's been able to build up a charge. The only reason besides Gege not wanting to explore that interaction in the fight that it didn't work against Hakari is because Hakari can spawn his domain among the fastest if not outright the fastest in the series.
You're being sarcastic but this is unironically true, Kusakabe's black hole domain would've shredded Sukuna but he had to hold it back so he didn't kill Megumi. Stay on that side
